As a large agricultural production country,the mechanization rate of crop cultivation in China is 63.8%,but the rate of integrated automation and intelligence is low.What's more,the related research on the domestic combine harvester developed late,with the big difference in the overseas development.In order to meet the needs of precision agricultural and intelligent agricultural machine as well as equipment development,aiming at the problems of single monitoring,control intelligence,low intelligence and poor adaptability of the domestic rice and wheat harvester machine,this paper conducts an in-depth research on the bus condition monitoring system of the harvester.At first,this paper aims at the problem of the low intelligence about the condition monitoring system used in harvester,from the varieties and structures about the combine harvester,to the overall design of condition monitoring system,and then classifies and analyzes the complex 128 kinds of condition parameters,providing object reference for the monitoring of the state of the combine harvester.Then,according to the international agricultural machine standard,based on the standard IEEE1451,self-identification,self-diagnosis,plug and play sensor node is designed,based on ISOBUS/ISO11783 agricultural machinery bus serial communication standard,CAN bus communication,virtual terminal and diagnostic services and equipment is designed,and based on ISO7000 standard graphics symbol is designed.It provides the theoretical support for the standardization and normalization of the condition monitoring of the combine harvester.What's more,in this paper,the frame is proposed which can be used in condition monitoring system of combine harvester.Sensor bus node is designed based on stm8 singlechip,and a Cortex-A8 arm processor is designed to realize the virtual terminal equipped with Linux system,which can send and receive bus data,updating the parameter status in real time,data storage and other functions.At last,through the experiment of simulating CAN bus communication experiment and the example of Lovol GK100 self-propelled wheeled fullfeed combine harvester.The commissioning of the harvester workshop and the field operation test in Nenjiang,Heilongjiang province and Dongying,Shandong province showed that the system can realize the real-time display of operation parameters,working parameters and fault alarm of rice-wheat combination harvester.This proves that the system is stable and reliable,and it has strong feasibility and is easy to operate.
