| Grape is a plant with a wide range of distribution.In the process of its growth and development,temperature is an important factor.The north of China,especially the northwest region,is the main production area of grape in China,and it is often subjected to low temperature.The low temperature not only causes the plant to be harmed,but also causes the plant to die when it is serious,which brings a great deal of loss to grape production.To study the resistance to low temperature of the offspring of grape rootstock hybrids,to develop the resistant grape varieties,which has important theoretical and practical value for grape cultivation and industrial development.In this study,we used the grape rootstock parents and their 208 offspring from one cross combinations as elementary materials,Vitis amurensis accession Zuoshan75097 and V.vinifera cv.Red Globe as cold-resistance control(CK1)and cold-sensitive control(CK2)respectively,the relative electrical conductivity(REC),the malondialdehyde,the proline,the soluble sugars(SS)and the soluble protein(SP)of one-year old branches of one Rootstock interspecific hybrid in Grape after appropriate freezing temperature under control was measured.Comprehensive evaluation of the cold-resistance level of interspecific hybrid was performed with subordinative function(SF).The results were as follows:The evaluation results of the cold resistance of the parents and their 208 offsprings from one cross combinations of grape rootstock were indicated: The hybrids of one combinations presented cold resistance separation and the resistance level of hybrids between both parents and in general,but also has a transgression phenomenon exists.The performance characteristics of multiple genes controled the number of characters,and tended to weak resistance direction.Four High-resistance plants(SY37、SY117、SY147、SY183)and 5 resistance piants(SY5、SY7、SY58、SY72、SY105)were selected.In conclusion,SY37 and SY183 belong to high-resistance and disease.SY117 and SY147 belong to the resistance and powdery mildew,which can be planted in cold regions. |
