Object:In this study, a low affinity for grafting Grape, Grape restricting the development of resistance and poor "bottleneck" suggested the growth characteristics of 4 kinds of imported grape rootstock investigation by natural growth, analysis of each stock cold resistance.Methods:Winter treatment,select Beida, SO4,5BB, anti-anvil 3 four kinds of rootstock cold hardiness and resistance to physiological studies, whichever annual mature branches, different low temperature stress treatment after 4h, determination of the different branches of grape rootstock varieties of malondialdehyde(MDA) content, total sugar content, free proline content and soluble protein content, low temperature processing statistics of different branches of grape cuttings after germination rate, and calculate the four grape rootstock varieties LT50 combined Logistic equation by electrolyte leakage. In Frey, Cabernet Sauvignon as an example, rootstocks trial to study the effect of chilling the scion varieties of different rootstocks.Results: The results showed that a, as the process temperature decreases, all varieties shoots sprouting rate was gradually decreased and significant differences among varieties; electrolyte leakage and malondialdehyde(MDA) content increased significantly; total sugar, soluble protein, free proline content overall upward trend. After the cold treatment grape branches sprouting rate and relative electrolyte leakage and MDA content was negatively correlated highly significant negative correlation with the relative electrolyte leakage, MDA content but no significant correlation; germination rate and free proline content,soluble protein content, total sugar content highly significant positive correlation. 2. For Frey, Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grafted Beida, 5BB number, anti-anvil 3 three rootstocks, Beida, anti-anvil on the 3rd scion varieties can improve hardiness Frey grape branches; for Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, 5BB, SO4,Beida three rootstocks, Beida, 5BB scion varieties Cabernet Sauvignon grapes can improve cold resistance branches.Conclusion: By correlation analysis, analysis of variance calculation and semi-lethal temperature of cold resistance cultivars conducted a comprehensive evaluation, drawn four grape rootstock varieties tested the strength of the order of cold resistance Beida> 5BB> Anti-anvil 3> SO4.
