Rice ear traits are closely related to yield and quality,the erect panicle type had more branch numbers and higher phenotypic density,which had higher grain number per panicle and yield potential,and the erect panicle type genes also affected the nitrogen use efficiency.In the past,the research on erect panicle type in rice mainly focused on molecular biology such as gene cloning and functional analysis.however,the research on the impact on yield and nitrogen utilization under population conditions was relatively insufficient.In this study,we constructed the near-isogenic lines of the same genetic background,such as heading and curve,and analyzed the effects of erect panicle type on morphology,yield structure,production and distribution of material,and nitrogen utilization in the field population conditions.the results of the study are as follows:1.Although the significance is different,the LAI of all genetic backgrounds near isogenic lines at the full heading stage showed 0kg/hm~2 and 60kg/hm~2.The heading lines were smaller than the curving lines,while the 200kg/hm~2 treated heading lines were larger than the curve.In the Sui strain,the pattern of near-isogenic lines in the Akita Komachi background is more pronounced.The length and width of trifoliate in different genetic backgrounds near-isogenic lines increased synchronously with nitrogen levels.The lengths of trifoliate in different nitrogen levels of the panicle lines were less than that of the panicle line,and the width was greater than that of the panicle line.The differences between the near-isogenic lines in Akita Komachi background were even more pronounced.The different levels of nitrogen in Akita Komachi background ear spikes were significantly less than those of curved lines,and the upper three-leaf angles were significantly smaller than those of curved lines.On the contrary,the curvature of neck spikes of Liao gengNo.5 background straight ear line had little difference from the curve bending line,but the upper three-leaf angle line showed significantly greater curvature line.The plant height and panicle length of curvaceous lines were significantly higher than those of straight panicle lines under different nitrogen levels and genetic backgrounds.2.The amount of pre-heading material accumulation in different genetic backgrounds near-isogenic lines increased along with the nitrogen level.Curved spike lines were higher than the straight ear lines,but only 200kg/hm~2 treatment reached significant levels.Different genetic backgrounds near-isogenic lines had 0kg/hm~2 and 60kg/hm~2 biological yields and the heading lines were less than the curvui lines,while the 200kg/hm~2 heading lines were larger than the curvaceous lines,but the differences between them were not reached.Significant levels.The nitrogen level had little effect on the economic coefficient of near-isogenic lines of the Akita Komachi background,both of which showed that the heading lines were higher than the heading lines,and the 20 kg/hm~2 treatment reached a significant level.The economic coefficient of the background isogenic lines of Liao gengNo.5 has a tendency to decrease with the increase of nitrogen levels.The same performance of heading lines is higher than that of curvaceous lines,but the differences have not reached significant levels.3.Overall,the yields of different genetic backgrounds near-isogenic lines increased with the increase of nitrogen levels.The relative increase of panicle lines was greater.Therefore,the yield of 200kg/hm~2 processing spikes was higher than that of the panicles.Department,but did not reach a significant level.The seed setting rate showed that 0kg/hm~2 and 60kg/hm~2treatments were less than that of the panicle line,but the difference was not significant.However,the ear lines treated at 200kg/hm~2 were significantly larger than those of the panicle line.The two-year,two-genetic background and three nitrogen levels showed that spikes of heads were significantly higher than that of curvaceous lines,and the number of grains per panicle was not significantly different.Thousand-grain weight was significantly lower than that of curvaceous lines.4 Nitrogen uptakes of different genetic backgrounds near isogenic lines increased synchronously with nitrogen levels.Akita Komachi background straight ear lines 200kg/hm~2treatment was significantly higher than that of the curved line spikes,Liaojing No.5background straight ears and curved spikes Differences between strains did not reach significant levels.There was no significant difference in nitrogen use efficiency and nitrogen fertilizer partial productivity between different panicles in the Akita Komachi background.The nitrogen agronomy efficiency and nitrogen use efficiency showed that the 60kg/hm~2treatment had the tendency of the panicle line to be lower than the panicle line.200kg/hm~2treatment of heading lines was significantly higher than that of curvaceous lines.
