In this study,256 accessions from ICARDA were widely used(including farm families,reared product lines or varieties,and synthetic wheat lines)in both water and drought control experiments,and plant biomass was used as an evaluation index to evaluate its drought resistance.The identification and grading of the system,screening and identification of excellent drought-resistant strains,and providing important germplasm resources for wheat drought resistance genetic improvement;on this basis,the use of near-infrared spectroscopy to comprehensively assess the quality characteristics of wheat grains under water and drought control treatment The investigation,through the analysis of the correlation between various quality traits,clarified the relationships among various traits,compared the differences in wheat quality under water and drought conditions,and initially clarified the effects and effects of drought stress on wheat quality formation,and further through the main components.Analyze and compare the differences in wheat quality of different drought-resistance wheats,and explore the impact of wheat's own drought resistance on wheat quality traits,in order to lay the foundation for revealing the mechanism of drought-impact wheat quality formation,and to cultivate good drought resistance and quality.Good wheat varieties provide reference and help.Based on the drought resistance performance of the two regions,three varieties were screened for strong drought resistance(HR)in Luoyang and Linfen,and 12 varieties showed strong drought resistance and above(HR&R)in Luoyang and Linfen.14 varieties showed strong drought resistance and above(HR&R)in Luoyang,moderate drought resistance and below(MR&S&HS)in Linfen,102 varieties showed moderate drought resistance and below(MR&S&HS)in Luoyang and showed strong performance in Linfen.Among drought resistance and above(HR&R),109 varieties showed moderate drought resistance and below in Luoyang and Linfen(MR&S&HS);18 varieties showed very weak drought resistance(HS)in Luoyang and Linfen.Considering the situation in Luoyang and Linfen,the water and drought conditions have significant positive correlation effects on the crude protein dry basis and gluten wet base of wheat quality traits;the flood and drought conditions have a significant effect on the bulk weight,maximum resistance,and stabilization time of wheat quality traits,but The positive and negative correlations are related to regional factors;the effects of flooding and drought conditions on the water absorption rate,sedimentation value,and formation time of wheat quality traits are greatly affected by regional factors,and the significant and positive and negative correlations between the impacts of different regions are related to the region..According to the results of the principal component analysis,there are sedimentation value factors in Luoyang and Linfen,and the specific volume factor in Luoyang and the unique formation time factor in Linfen.Combining analysis of variance analysis results and correlation analysis results,the main components of wheat quality traits were affected by the combination of regional factors and flooding and drought conditions,among which the impact of regional factors was greater than that of flood and drought conditions.According to the results of the investigation in Luoyang,compared with non-drought-resistant wheat,the drought-resistant wheat has better quality traits such as dry protein basis,gluten wet basis,sedimentation value,maximum resistance,stability time,and formation time.With its positive correlation,the bulk density is more likely to be negatively affected by the conditions of water and drought.The water absorption rate is negatively affected by the drought and drought conditions as the drought resistance increases.According to the principal component analysis,it can be concluded that although the main component factors are not the same in each drought-resistant wheat,the main components of the sedimentation value and the bulk density-related traits are obtained.According to the results of the survey in Linfen,it was shown that compared to non-drought-resistant wheat,the drought-resistant wheat had relatively positive effects on dry quality,crude protein,dry basis,gluten wet-base,and water absorption rate.It is susceptible to the negative correlation between flood and drought conditions,and the settlement value,maximum resistance,and stabilization time are affected by flooding and drought conditions and increase from drought resistance to negative to positive.The formation time is less affected by flood and drought conditions.Although the number of main component factors was not the same in each drought-resistant wheat,the main components of the water-absorption rate,sedimentation value,stabilization time,and formation-related traits were all obtained.
