Sorbus are Rosaceae in an important part,it is the deciduous trees, mainly distributed in the north temperate zone.In recent years, the plants of the genus with value gradually attracted the attention of the public, the main reason for the plants of the genus Sorbus leaves, flowers, fruits and seeds have good antioxidant and anti-aging effect.S.alnifoila is a common species of Sorbus, widely distributed in Hubei,Anhui,Sichuan,Shaanxi and other places, and to date,to have seen the related research reports. In this study,as long as for the extraction of total flavonoids and polysaccharides in s.alnifoila purification and antioxidant capacity to do a series of studies, and the s.alnifoila polysaccharide structure was identified.Flavonoids from Sorbus alnifolialeaves has some pharmaceutic function.Aqueous twop Hase extraction is an attractive method for flavonoids purification from the Sorbusalnifolia leaves. In this paper, two p Hase properties of aqueous two-p Hase system composed of various inorganic salt and different molecular weight PEG were studied.Besides, the effects of mass fractions of PEG and Na2SO4,temperature,p H and the amount of Kcl on distribution behaviors of PEG1000-Na2SO4 aqueous two-p Hase system was investigated when it was used to separate and purify the flavonoids from rowan, and test conditions were also optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that optimum conditions are: mass fractions of PEG and Na2SO4 were 15 and 30%,respectively,p H was 9,extraction temperature was 25? and the amount of KCl was 3%.The flavonoids extraction rate from rowan can reach 97.01%.The polysaccharides from Sorbus alnifolia extraction was by ultrasonic extraction. The study investigate four factors to the yield of polysaccharides: solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature, ultrasonic power. Then orthogonal designed experiments the optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows: ratio of solid to liquid 1:30,ultrasonic time 40 min, ultrasonic power 350 W,temperature 60 ?.Under this condition, the yield of the polysaccharides reached 2.52%.Based on the research on ultrasonic process optimization,to further explore the effects of inorganic salts on the alcohol yield of polysaccharide. In this study, the effect of inorganic salt type, inorganic salt addition, alcohol precipitating time, alcohol precipitating volume and inorganic salt mass fraction were investigated by single and orthogonal test, and the infrared spectrum and its antioxidation experiment of the polysaccharide were examined. The results showed that when the mass fraction of Na2SO4 was 2.80%,ethanol volume was 4 times, ethanol precipitation 12 h,the yield of polysaccharides was7.2%.The antioxidant activities of various extracts from Sorbus alnifolia were evaluated. The antioxidant experiment including scavenging DPPH radical,OH-radicals,reduction of Fe3+ability,all antioxidant experiment was found to be positively correlated with the concentration of polysaccharide.
