| In this thesis, sensory and GC-MS methods were used to study the seed and nutrient compositions and SSR primers of five species of Brassica, such as A.truncatum Bunge,A.mono Maxim,A.buergerianum Miq,A.palmatum Thunb and A.negundo L.Main results:1.The seed morphological traits of A.truncatum and A.mono are close to each other. The samara of A.truncatum and A.mono are larger and fuller than A.buergerianum,A.palmatum and A.negundo.The seeds of A.buergerianum,A.palmatum and A.negundo.are significantly smaller than those of A.truncatum and A.mono.2.The protein contents of five species of Eucalyptus species were in turn: A.truncatum(13.84%),A.mono(12.81%),A.buergerianum(21.85%),A.palmatum(26.17%),and A.negundo(15.20%).The contents of soluble sugars were A.mono(4.72%),A.truncatum(4.67%),A.buergerianum(2.28%),A.palmatum(3.40%),and A.negundo(1.78%).3.The oil percentages of five kinds of Eucalyptus species were A.truncatum(43.86%),A.mono(40.75%),A.buergerianum(30.56%),A.palmatum(26.29%)and A.negundo(17.04%)respectively.The seed oils of the five plant species were all transparent and clear. They had a kind of kernel flavor and a slight solvent taste.A.palmatum oil was lemon yellow, and the other four oils were pale yellow. The oil composition of the five planted kernel oils is similar, and the main fatty acids are oleic acid, linoleic acid, nervonic acid, palmitic acid, arachidonic acid and erucic acid, and the oleic acid and linoleic acid content are both more than 50%.The content of unsaturated fatty acids is above 88%.4.The seed oils of A.truncatum,A.mono,A.buergerianum,A.palmatum and A.negundo had functional components of nervonic acid and vitamin E.The contents of their nervonic acids were as follows: A.palmatum(9.41%)and A.buergerianum(6.21%),A.mono(5.48%),A.truncatum(4.49%)and A.negundo(4.30%).The contents of vitamin E were as follows: 70.28 mg/100 g of A.palmatum,67.94 mg/100 g of A.mono, and A.truncatum 66.72mg/100 g,44.87 mg/100 g of A.negundo, and 36.07 mg/100 g of A.buergerianum, with the highest content of nervonic acid and vitamin E in A.palmatum.5.Using DNA kits to extract the DNA of five specimens(A.truncatum,A.mono,A.buergerianum,A.palmatum and A.negundo),combined with agarose gel electrophoresis and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,The polymorphic primers were selected. |
