In recent years,foliar fertilizer has been widely used in agricultural production because of its relatively simple and quick effect and remarkable effect.Biogas slurry as a slow and organic fertilizer,application in agricultural production not only has high economic value,can improve agricultural production,improve product quality,optimize the environment of the soil and so on,also has important social and ecological benefits.With the continuous development of social economy,people’s demand for fruit quality keeps enhancing,selenium-rich fruits gradually become the hot spot of attention.At present,it has been proved to be an efficient and safe food rich selenium method,which can effectively improve the selenium content and achieve the purpose of dietary selenium supplementation.In this study,short-branch Fuji was used as the test material,to study the effects of different fertilization concentrations on the quality of the apple,the yield,the fruit sugar content and the associated enzyme activity.By studying the changes in enzyme activity,the effects of biogas and sodium selenite on sugar metabolism were discussed.Moreover,the regulation mechanism of sugar metabolism was further revealed by studying the accumulation rule of apple fruit sugar.It is of great significance to improve fruit yield and improve fruit quality.At the same time,the research can also obtain the most effective fertilization method and fertilizer concentration for the enrichment of apple fruit,it provides a theoretical basis for the fertilization of apple tree.The results are as follows:1.The effect of spraying biogas slurry on the production quality of apple and the enzyme activity of sucrose metabolism.Foliar spraying biogas can effectively improve fruit yield,the highest increase production rate can reach 13.7%,the contents of soluble total sugar,titratable acid,VC and sucrose were improved.The fruit quality was optimized.In the production,75% concentration of biogas slurry is recommended for leaf spraying.The activity of SS and SPS in fruits increased significantly in the late stage of fruit ripening.The process of sucrose synthesis in fruit was enhanced,so the accumulation of sucrose in the fruit library was increased.With different volume fractions,the correlation coefficient of sucrose content and the activity of SS and SPS are different.However,it shows that SS and SPS are crucial to apple’s sucrose metabolism,which is the key enzyme affecting sucrose metabolism.2.The effect of sodium selenite on the production quality of apple and the enzyme activity of sucrose metabolism.Sodium selenite can increase the yield of fruit trees,the highest increase production rate can reach12.1%.Effectively improve apple fruit quality,increase of selenium content in fruit and so achieve the goal of food supplement selenium.In the production it is recommended that the optimum concentration range of sodium selenite is 100 ~ 150 mg / L.At different stages of fruit development,different concentrations of sodium selenite have different effects on sucrose metabolism.But for the whole process,the correlation between selenium concentration and sucrose content and sucrose metabolism associated enzyme activity was not significant.In apple’s sucrose metabolism,the activity of SS and SPS were significantly correlated with sucrose content,which are the key enzymes that regulate sucrose metabolism.With other metabolic enzymes,the fruit sugar metabolism is regulated,and the fruit quality is finally affected.3.Effects of biogas and sodium selenite on the production,quality and sucrose metabolism related enzymes of apple.Leaf spraying biogas and sodium selenite can effectively increase apple yield,the highest increase production rate can reach21%.The soluble total sugar,titratable acid,vitamin C,sucrose,and selenium content in fruits were increased,the apple fruit reached the level of selenium in shaanxi province.The production has been suggested that the volume fraction of the bigas is 75%,and the concentration of sodium selenium is in between 100 and 150 mg/L.The biogas slurry and sodium selenite were beneficial to the activity of SS and SPS in the late stage of fruit maturation.,promoting the metabolism of sucrose.,increasing the accumulation of sucrose.And also it can decrease the activity of AI and NI,the difference in concentration of sucrose between the reservoir sources is maintained.It is beneficial to the smooth process of sucrose metabolism,which lays a foundation for the accumulation of fruit sugar.SS and SPS are the key enzymes of sucrose metabolism,which are synergistic with other enzymes and affect sucrose metabolism. |
