The purpose of this experiment is to study the effect of fertilizer type and its amount on fuji apples qulities and leaves physiological activity,and also study them how to affect the soil enzyme.Fertilizer types include the biogas slurry , the mixed biogas slurry and chemical fertilizer and the chemical fertilizer ,on which ferlizer amount is based .Spraying times on leaves is 2,4and 6 times.Finally,we hope to find a optimized formula to conduct agricultural production.Experiment results shows :Spraying times is more effective to chlorophyll relative contents than fertilizer types and amount. With spraying times rising , chlorophyll relative Contents increase.In particularly when 6 times,the average is 55.59 , 3.319% higher than CK .Biogas slurry single play main role in photosynthesis rates, 16.622, 26.029% higher than CK.Influence of spraying times is only ferior to fertilizer type ,superior to fertilizer amount.Main factor as affecting catalase of leaves is fertilizer types among which mixed fertilizer is best ,and the average is 233.361 ,6.292% higer than CK.And fertilizer amounts and spraying times is imptent to catalase. Fertilizer amounts mainly affect peroxidase. The average as middle level is 60.189,12.821% higher than CK.Fertilizer amounts and spraying times are not main factor.Fertilizer amounts is major factor to Invertase , when using high level make the average up to17.244 mg·g-1DW, 40.452% higher than CK. Fertilizer types is major factor to urease , single using biogas slurry as fertilizer raise urease to 2.568,6.147% higer than CK .Key factor to protease is fertilizer amounts among which high level can effectively prompt average up to 17.4778, 95.405% higher than CK. Single using biogas slurry raise phosphatase to 0.4351, 38.535% higher than CK.Fertilizer amounts as main factor affecting fruit hardness .With ferlizer amount rising ,the fruit hardness increase .Under high level ,the average is 7.504 ,22.454% more than CK.Fertilizer types and spraying times is not main factor . Fertilizer amounts is key factor to Fruit weight ,but imptent.As fertilizer amounts up ,the fruit weight is increasing .Spraying times is patent to Fruit shape index.especially 2 times is best.Fertilizer types is key mainly factor to soluble solid .Effect of biogas slurry on soluble solid is more effective than others .Its average is 16.378%,31.614% more than CK.Fertilizer amounts and spraying times is not patent .Fertilizer amount is main factor affecting vC .when middle level amount,average is 3.967,15.55% higher than CK. Biogas slurry reduce colored pigment cintent ,so using chemical fertilizer can make fruit include more colored pigment, 15.978.Main factor affecting reduced sugar is fertilizer amounts, especially under middle level , the average is 109.05, rising 3.905% by CK. Both fertilizer types and fertilizer amount are main factor to total acid.Fertilizer types ,fertilizer amounts and spraying times all affect yield,and up to patent significantly .among fertilizer types ,using mixed fertilizer produce 2.8889 , 16.715% more than CK. Middle level among fertilizer amounts produce 25.9 , 42.833% higher than CK. 6 times among spraying times is best to yield ,and the average is 23.544, 10.941% higher than CK.
