In order to make the compound anti-transpiration agent be used in greenhouse vegetable production better,this article takes “Jinyou No.3”cucumber as the research object,and sets three spraying frequency levels,four spraying concentration levels,and 12 spraying treatments.This paper studied the effects of compound anti-transpiration agent on cucumber growth,fruit yield and quality,and water use efficiency in greenhouse.The optimal application mode of compound anti-transpiration agent in cucumber production in greenhouse was obtained,which provided a theoretical basis for its popularization and application.The following main conclusions are drawn:(1)Application of compound anti-transpiration agent promotes the growth of crop roots,improves the soil environment,and reduces crop water loss.Under the same spray concentration,the minimum value of soil water content gradually decreased with the increase of spraying times,which promoted the extension of the root system of the crop to the underground.In the first,second and third spraying conditions,the lowest values appeared in the 10 cm,15 cm,and 25 cm away from the surface;under the same spraying frequency,the average soil moisture content decreases with increasing the concentration of the composite anti-transpiration agent,especially within a depth of 0 to 30 cm,and a medium concentration of 1.5 mL.L has the lowest soil moisture content and crop root density.(2)The application of compound anti-transpiration agent had significant effects on the ecological indicators and biomass of cucumber.Under the conditions of low and medium concentrations,the increase of spraying times on cucumber plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,fresh shoot quality,The above-ground dry weight,root fresh quality and root dry weight all had a promoting effect.It showed that the three sprayings were better than 2 and 1 times in the whole growth period;under high concentration conditions,the anti-transpiration agent inhibited the growth.Under the condition of a certain number of spraying,the plant height,leaf area index and biomass of cucumber increased first and then decreased with the increase of spraying concentration.In each treatment,plant height and stem diameter were the highest under T2N3 treatment,and leaf area index and biomass were the highest under T3N3 treatment.Compared with TIN1 treatment,the above-ground fresh quality and root fresh weight were increased by 4.55% and 8%,respectively.,showing a "small number of times" spray rules.(3)Application of compound anti-transpiration agent significantly increased chlorophyll content,reduced stomatal conductance and transpiration rate,relatively increased the net photosynthetic rate,improved the stress resistance of cucumber,more fruitful period.Chlorophyll: Compared with the control T3N1,total chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and chlorophyll content by T3N3 increased by 28.3%,21.6%,and 26.8%,respectively.In terms of transpiration rate: T3N3 treated leaf transpiration rate was slightly higher than that of T3N4 treatment,but there was no significant difference.Compared with T1N1 treatment,the leaf transpiration rate decreased by 12.52%.In terms of stress resistance,compared with the control T1N1,the MDA content in leaves treated with T3N4 decreased by 11 μmol/g,and the SOD and CAT values increased by 84% and 39%,respectively.(4)Application of compound anti-transpiration agent significantly increased cucumber yield and water use efficiency and improved fruit quality.The yield of T3N3 treatment was the highest in all treatments,which was 7565.67 kg/hm2.Compared with T1N1 treatment,the yield was increased by 2.89%,and the highest water use efficiency was 43.33kg/m3,which was 9.56% higher than the control.Compared with the control,the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,and Vc in fruits treated with T3N3 increased by 21.55%,14.73%,and 30.9%,respectively.The TOPSIS model based on entropy weight was used to comprehensively evaluate the cucumber quality.Combined with the comprehensive consideration of cucumber yield,quality and water use efficiency,T3N3 treatment yielded the highest yield with a yield of 7565.67 kg/hm2.(5)In summary,T3N3 treatment can not only maintain the better growth characteristics of cucumber,increase the water use efficiency of the crop,but also ensure the yield and quality of cucumber.It can be concluded that spraying 3 times during the whole growth period,and spraying 1.5 mL/L is recommended.Best spraying pattern.
