The mechanization of joint harvest and cleaning for peanut in current China need to improve to some extent,mainly reflect in the low peanut grain cleaning percentage,high breaking rate and low productivity.Three fresh and wet peanut varieties in Northeast China,Huayu 20~#,Nonghua 9~#and Xiao Baisha were selected as raw materials in this study,the separating components and the aerodynamics characteristics for all peanut varieties were analyzed.Optimization work based on the performance of existing cleaning machine were conducted,also the optimal processing parameters are given,the study mainly focused on the following topics:(1)The physical properties for separated ingredients in harvested peanut were analyzed.Aerodynamics characteristics were studied,and the suction velocity of the fan was determined according to the suspension speed range gained in the suspending-experiment.Moreover,the rotation speed of roller brush was determined on the basis of impact experiments,then the feasible cleaning scheme and process parameters were determined.(2)The working principle and working process of the peanut cleaning device were presented,the performance of key parts was studied,by adjusting cleaning variables to meet the requirements for various peanut cleaning tests,some important design parameters for key parts were determined experimentally.(3)The cleaning performance of roller brush was tested.the single factor tests were carried out in the study,four main factors that affected the cleaning,namely the rotation speed,diameter,height from the top end to material falling mouth and the type of the roller brush,were involved in single factor tests,and the influence of each factor on the cleaning performance was obtained.The primary and secondary order and the best combination of parameters were determined by orthogonal test,which provides suggestion for the improvement of peanut cleaning device in the future(4)The processing optimization was studied through distinguishing the significant order of factors,operating parameters were taken as independent variables,regression orthogonal rotation combination test and the response surface method were adopted to optimize the operating parameters of roller cleaning device,The optimal combination parameters were determined and verified. |
