| Peanut is one of the most important crops in China.The cleanliness of Peanut after picking is closely related to the design of cleaning device.This paper mainly aims at the low cleaning effect of peanut cleaning machine,the high loss rate of peanuts and high impurity rate.Taking the existing cleaning device of peanut cleaning machine as the research object,the principle of peanut cleaning device is analyzed and based on the test of peanut physical characteristics,the motion theory analysis of the flower students on the vibrating screen is carried out.And the simulation of the process of cleaning.The modeling and analysis automation of the cleaning device is high,which provides comprehensive reference data for the design and parameter optimization of peanut cleaning device.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)check and collect information about peanut cleaning equipment.The development,advantages and disadvantages of the peanut cleaning equipment at home and abroad,the structure principle of the cleaning device are analyzed in depth,and compared with other grain cleaning devices,and the present research results are summarized.(2)the physical characteristics of peanut extract were studied.Taking the planted in Fuxin,Liaoning Province,20,Nong Hua 9 and Xiao Baisha as experimental objects,the ratio of the removal of fruit and the three axis size was measured and measured.Secondly,the water content of all the fruit from the ten days after drying was measured.Finally,the friction coefficient of the flower pods and the broken stems of three varieties was measured.(3)theoretical analysis and geometric modeling of vibration cleaning device.The structure and main parameters of the vibrating screen are determined,and the motion state of the peanut on the vibrating screen is analyzed theoretically,and the three-dimensional solid model of the vibration cleaning device is established.(4)motion simulation of peanut vibration mechanism is carried out by using Solidworks software.Using the Solidworks Motion module,the velocity,acceleration,displacement and motor torque of the vibrating screen are analyzed.The free modal analysis of the vibrating screen using the Solidworks Simulation finite element method is used to determine whether the peanut vibrating screen will cause resonance in the normal working condition.(5)using EDEM software simulation analysis,the process of peanut cleaning is simulated and the optimal combination parameters of the vibrating screen are determined.the optimal combination parameters are tested and verified,and the results are obtained. |
