Study Of The Efficacy And Safety Of Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablet On Canine Liver Injury By Carbon Tetrachloride

The liver is the most important organ of the animals,which is an important hub of material synthesis and metabolism,energy generation and conversion.But its exposure to harmful conditions can cause liver damage,further forming liver fibrosis,and eventually developing cirrhosis and liver cancer.Because liver injury is very harmful to dogs.In this paper,the efficacy and safety of compound glycyrrhizin tablets in treating liver injury caused by carbon tetrachloride in dogs were investigated,providing theoretical basis for its further clinical application.First,in order to explore suitable modeling conditions,50%CCl4 oil solution was selected for modeling experiments in three dose groups,which were divided into: blank control group,0.5m L/kg group,1.0m L/kg group,and 2.0m L/kg group.The results showed that the results for the 1.0m L/kg group were appropriate.Based on the above model,the effective dose of compound glycyrrhizin tablets was screened,and 80 experimental dogs were divided into 8 groups: blank control group,0.625 mg/kg group,1.25 mg/kg group,2.5 mg/kg group,5.0 mg/kg group,10 mg/kg group,placebo group,and negative control group.The results showed that 2.5mg /kg of compound glycyrrhizin tablets,twice a day for 7 consecutive days,had the best therapeutic effect on the canine model of liver injury caused by carbon tetrachloride.Finally this paper makes a research on the compound glycyrrhizin glucoside piece target animal safety,clinical recommendations on the dosage of 1,3,5 times the dose of compound glycyrrhizin glucoside piece of dog,stay 15 days,blood routine,blood biochemistry,blood gas ion detection and urine routine examination,test after the autopsy examination organs,and made pathological histology slice,to carry out comprehensive inspection.The results showed that 1,3,5 times the dose of compound glycyrrhizin tablets failed to cause the death of dogs and other toxic reactions,there were no abnormalities in serological indicators and serum biochemical indicators,and no adverse effects were observed in the organs of various tissues by histopathological observation.The results showed that compound glycyrrhizin tablets were safe for dogs.
