| In 2016,the irrigation area of rice in Heilongjiang province reached 4.01 million hectares with an irrigation water consumption of 30.583 billion m~3,which accounted for around 97%of the total amount of agricultural water consumption,87%of the total amount of water in the society and 33%of the total volume in the whole province.Therefore,paddy field is the focus of agricultural water conservation in the whole province.A deep study and analysis is based on the investigation and analysis of the development conditions of agricultural water resources,the natural situation of paddy field in our province,the current situation of farmland irrigation,the requirement of agricultural production on irrigation development and the 34 irrigation experimental data in demonstration of rice control irrigation technology.The paper uses fuzzy cluster analysis to classify the 80 counties(cities)in Heilongjiang province,divide different types of regions,and revise the partitioning results.According to the results obtained from the zoning,the comprehensive model of rice controlled irrigation technology in cold area in five districts is put forward according to the characteristics of each zone;the effect of water saving and its influence on rice yield are studied through the demonstration application of rice control irrigation technology in cold area in each district,which provides the basis for the formulation of agricultural water-saving irrigation instructing agricultural product.The results of the study are as follows:1.The new zoning is the latest zoning results that is formed after fully investigating and studying the province and all regions in the topography and geomorphology,activity accumulated temperature,frost-free,precipitation,soil leakage,irrigation quota,social economy and so on,which can not only reflect the natural environment and economic condition of each district,but also reflect the regional characteristics of water-saving irrigation compared with the previous zoning formed through Water Conservancy.2.The application of rice controlled irrigation technology can significantly improve water saving effect.The net quota of conventional rice irrigation in Heilongjiang province is about6000~6750m~3/hm~2 on average,but after the implementation of rice controlled irrigation,the net irrigation quota of the promotion area can reach 4500~5250m~3/hm~2 on average,and the average water-saving quota is above 1500m~3 per hectare compared with conventional irrigation with a water saving rate of 20%~30%.3.The application of rice controlled irrigation technology is beneficial to the increase of rice yield.The controlling cumulative increase in irrigation reached 476 million kg from 2014 to 2016,the average increase production per hectare was 513.15kgacres during three years,the average increase production range increased to 6.18%and the average yield of rice in the control irrigation extension area reached 8776.35kg per hectare. |
