Probiotics is a kind of microbial living bacteria preparation,Can the intestinal microecological balance by regulating animal,Promote the health of the host animal and grow.Probiotics also can strengthen the body's immune function, improve liver disease and tumor growth inhibition. At present many kinds of probiotic preparations are widely used in biological engineering, agriculture, food and health life.In this study, inactivated Yeasts(Saccharomyces cerevisiae and D.delbrunis),inactivated Sporeforms(Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis),inactivated Clostridium Butyricum, inactivated Lactobacillus(Lactococcus lactis subspecies,Lactobacillus plantarum subspecies,Bifidobacterium longum,Enterococcus faecium and Lactobacillus brevis)and its mixture were injected into the tail vein of normal mice and mice infected with Salmonella to explore the effects of various inactivated probiotics on immune function and antibacterial activity of mice,* * indicators were determined by * * method. The results demonstrated as bellow:(1)Effects of inactivated Yeast intravenous injection on immune function and antibacterial action in mice. The results of immunological function tests showed that, both inactivated Saccharomyces cerevisiae and inactivated Torulaspora delbrueckii intravenous fluid had no effect on the spleen and thymus, while K-value increased. The serum TNF-? and IFN-? were increased by inactivated Saccharomyces cerevisiae. These results demonstrated that these two intravenous fluid could enhance the immune function, and the inactivated Saccharomyces cerevisiae was better.Antibacterial test results showed that, both inactivated Saccharomyces cerevisiae and inactivated Torulaspora delbrueckii intravenous fluid protected against the Salmonella infection and the death rate was reduced.(2)Effects of inactivated Sporeforms intravenous injection on immune function and antibacterial action in mice. The results of immunological function tests showed that, the spleen weight was increased by inactivated Bacillus subtilis. The serum TNF-? and IFN-?were increased by inactivated Bacillus licheniformis. These results demonstrated that these two intravenous fluid could enhance the immune function by different pathway.Antibacterial test results showed that, both inactivated Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis intravenous fluid protected against the Salmonella infection and the death rate was reduced.(3)Effects of inactivated Clostridium Butyricum intravenous injection on immune function and antibacterial action in mice. The results of immunological function tests showedthat,no effects was determined on immune organs and K-value by Clostridium Butyricum intravenous fluid, while serum TNF-? was increased. These results demonstrated that Clostridium Butyricum intravenous fluid could enhance the immune funtion.Antibacterial test results showed that, both inactivated Clostridium Butyricum intravenous fluid portected against the Salmonella infection and the death rate was reduced.(4)Effects of inactivated Lactobacillus and its mixture intravenous injection on immune function and antibacterial action in mice. The results of immunological function tests showed that, the K-value was increased by these 6 different types of probiotics, and Lactobacillus plantarum subsp.Plantarum,Enterococcus faecium and the mixed probiotics were much better.Antibacterial test results showed that, all the inactivated intravenous fluid could protect against the Salmonella infection and the death rate was reduced. To sum up,inactivated Yeasts, inactivated Sporeforms, inactivated Clostridium Butyricum, inactivated Lactobacillus and its mixture could enhance the immune function of mice through different ways, and protect mice against Salmonella. This study supplied essential data for development of immunopotentiator and antimicrobial agents.
