The adjustment of planting structure is to optimize and rationalize the allocation of the areas of different crop planting and the endowment of agricultural resources in the region in order to increase the suitability of different crops to different regions. In the process of adjustment,we make full use of various resources to,reduce environmental damage, and generate higher economic returns. The security of food quality and quantity is collectively referred to as food security.By judging the degree of food security,it can be seen whether the area is in a state of safe, stable, and sustainable. In the past decade,it has been blindly pursuing food production for 1.4 billion people for China, although food production and economic benefits have increased year by year. However,a series of environmental damages and wastage of water resources have been caused, which has gradually attracted the attention of the government and related researchers.Heilongjiang Province is located in the Northeast China Plain formed under the joint influence of the Heilongjiang River,Songhua River, and Wusuli River. It is famous for the black belt because the organic-matter-rich soil is suitable for the growth of crops, making this area to be Northeast Cold Food Area in China. The area and output of grain in the study area ranks first in China, which is of great significance for the sustained and healthy development of China's social economy. For a long time,it has mainly planted rice and corn with planting area increasing in Heilongjiang Province. This is mainly because the scale the soybean, sorghum and potato have been gradually replaced by corn and rice, causing an unreasonable phenomenon in the planting structure in Heilongjiang Province. The appearance of this phenomenon will cause a series of problems such as the waste of agricultural water resources, soil compaction and environmental pollution.Due to the existing problems, the adjustment of planting structure in Heilongjiang Province was studied. This study aimed to the adjustment of planting structure in Heilongjiang Province.First of all,it starts with the background and policy of planting structure adjustment in our country,as well as the general situation,socio-economic conditions, and agricultural production conditions of Heilongjiang Province,to summarize the issues of influencing and restricting Heilongjiang Province's agricultural development.Secondly,by detailed comparison with different methods of planting structure adjustment at home and abroad,a multi-objective optimization method that taking into account the economic, ecological, and water-saving benefits is selected as the method for adjusting the planting structure in the study area and further the objective function and constraint conditions are constructed;According to the objective function and constraint conditions,Matlab software is used to build a multi-objective optimization model;then, according to the data required by the multi-objective optimization model, the data collection and processing work is performed. The total area and ecological benefits of the statistical area of the cultivated land in Heilongjiang Province are calculated. The indicators, per capita food demand, five crop yields, total water resources, and crop water requirement data were input into a multi-objective optimization model for calculation;finally, the five acreage planting areas and comprehensive benefits under the adjusted integrated benefits were calculated.Output value and 2015 Heilongjiang Comparative analysis of the status quo;the conclusions of the future planting structure adjustment in Heilongjiang Province, advice and prospects, with a view to Heilongjiang Province future planting structure adjustment and provide a reference direction.
