Kuyu small watershed is focused on the prevention of water and soil conservation ofprotected in soil and Water conservation zoning type, area of soil erosion caused by naturalfactors2.41km2,22.8%of the total area, the soil erosion modulus is3489t/km2a, the totalannual loss of87,800t, is a moderate loss, soil erosion mainly to water erosion, both a smallamount of gravitational erosion. Erosion affected the local soil and water conservation, andthe ability to withstand natural disasters, hindered the local socio-economic development.In this plan, a multi-objective programming method was used. Multi-objective planningis a branch of operations research, and it is a scientific mathematical methods developed onthe basis of linear programming. When the target problem to solve the plurality ofconstruction, according to the degree of importance given to the different objectives ofdifferent weighting coefficients, to avoid the influence of subjective factors on the results ofthe plan, so it will be more targets into a single target problem to solve the problem, toimprove the accuracy of the planning degree and scientific.According governance objectives, combined with multi-objective programming methodin the model economic, ecological, capital investment are set the objective function. Decisionvariables selected building water conservation forest area, construction area of fruit and nuttrees, construction of landscape forest area, terracing field area, fencing the area ofgovernance, ditch head protection, etc. The model was established by combined treatmenttargets and establish constraint equation model parameters. Linear weighted sum method wasused to solve the model. In the model the importance of each of the objective function isdifferent, according to the importance given to the different objectives of different coefficientsfor each function. By changing the plurality of coefficients, the model is transformed into asingle target goals for solving the problem. Further, Excel Solver function was used to get theoptimal solution.Engineering measures, grass and forest measures and enclosure measures was arrangedby the model calculations. The economic, ecological and capital investment was balanced bylaying the different measures of small watershed comprehensive management plan. In the year of the design level, soil erosion area is14.29km2, Extent governed by31.03%up to87.03%, and the extent of the loss will be reduced by the erosion of mild to moderate loss. Atthe end of governance, rural agricultural output will reach to40,831,100yuan. The per capitanet income of rural population can be reached6926.4yuan, per capita grain productionreached more than400kg. Then eco-efficiency analysis, social analysis, economic analysis,investment recovery period, the sensitivity analysis of indicators to evaluate the feasibility ofa comprehensive management plan described in the Small Watershed.Through the application of multi-objective optimization method in Kuyu smallwatershed, so that small watershed management planning is be more rational, more accuratecalculations, thus avoiding errors caused by subjective factors.
