In order to explore the compatible mechanization cultivation technology for malting barley variety YangNongPi 11,a study was performed in Fangqiang Farm from 2017 to 2018.Effect of sowing date,sowing density and nitrogen application level on tiller development,grain yield and yield component was investigated in this study.Combining production practice,mechanized production technical regulation for high quality malting barley YangNongPi 11 was formulated,also providing theoretical basis and technical support for production of high quality malting barley YangNongPi 11.The main result as following:.1.Effect of sowing date to yield and yield component in YangNongPi 11:Within the sowing date from 10/20 to 11/14,and in appropriate sowing density and the ratio of base fertilizer and booting fertilizer is 7:3(Nitrogen application:225.0kg/ha),with the delay of sowing date,grain yield shows a trend of "low-high-low",and grain yield was high when the sowing date from 10/25 to 10/30.Early sowing and late sowing were not conducive to grain yield.2.Effect of sowing density to yield and yield component in YangNongPi 11:In appropriate sowing date,and the ratio of base fertilizer and booting fertilizer is 7:3(Nitrogen application:225.0 kg/ha)in Jiangsu coastal reclamation area,the production was high when the number of basic seeding was 1.5 million/ha in high soil fertilizer,1.8 million/ha in upper-middle soil fertilizer and 2.4 milliov/ha in middle soil fertilizer.Constructing ideal panicle-grain structure-effective panicle 7.5 million/ha,23-24 filler grain per panicle and 1000 kernel weight is over 38 gram-by raising strong seeding before winter,inhibiting the formation of ineffective tillers,anti-lodging in middle period and preventing premature senility in later stage.3.Effect of sowing density and nitrogen application level to yield and yield component in YangNongPi 11:With appropriate sowing date in Jiangsu coastal reclamation area,and the basic seeding was 2.25 million/ha,nitrogen application 225kg/ha,the ratio of base fertilizer and booting fertilizer is 8:2 in middle soil fertilizer,the production was high.In upper soil fertilizer area,the nitrogen application should reduce to 180kg/ha.4.Mechanized production technical regulation for high quality malting barley YangNongPi 11:For getting enough panicle in early growth period,five factors—Suitable soil moisture and soil preparation,suitable sowing date,suitable sowing density,medium row-spacing and more basic fertilizer-must be attention;In middle growth period,fertilizer application was important as well as control diseases and pests.In later growth period,Focus on premature aging prevention,ditches cleaning in time,moisture and drought prevention,roots and leaves protection and grain weight increasing.Harvest timely,dry and clean the warehousing in time to ensure the quality of malting barley.
