In this paper,the strains of Cordyceps tenuipes C322 and Paecilomyces hepiali C370B2,were used as the object,and the culture medium for raw materials was cultivated by using asparagus.Found that the different periods,different concentrations of variations,eventually the mycelium and to study the changes in chemical composition of culture medium.It was guided the correlation between biomass and chemical composition at each stage of growth.In order to improve production efficiency and provide the scientific basis,Good for selecting high-yield strains,optimize the culture conditions,optimizing the best training time.By selecting the gradient of the culture medium,selecting the 5%concentration of asparagus,Culture and collection were carried out according to the culture time and growth trend of mycelium biomass and the different concentration gradient of the culture medium in the course of growth of pseudo trichoderm,the graph is drawn as a correlation between culture time variation,culture medium concentration content and mycelium biomass.And it turns out,In the growth process of mycelium,both of the two species of bacteria have the same biomass as the first increase and then the same.The difference of medium concentration and biomass in the whole growth process was different,and correlation analysis showed that the two were related,and there is a positive correlation between the two before the maximum biomass.Given the correlation between two kinds of fungal mycelium biomass and medium concentration,suggest the best medium concentration is:5%.The best time for harvesting is:C322 should be from 25 to 30 days,and C370B2 be from 35 to 40 days.2.Culture of Cordyceps tenuipes C322 and Paecilomyces hepiali C370B2 with 5%concentration of asparagus,analyze of 2'-deoxyuridine in asparagus culture medium at the 70th day(5.00mg/g)were obtained.Taking guanosine as an example,the maximum value of mycelium guanosine(74.16mg/g)was reached on the 40th day,and the maximum value of guanosine content in asparagus culture medium(32.04mg/g)was reached on the 10th day.In the case of adenosine,mycelium adenosine reached its maximum value on the 40th day(1179.13 mycelium uridine(9.73mg/g)was reached on the 10th day,and the maximum value of uridine in asparagus culture medium(4.272mg/g)was reached on the 35th day.In the case of 2 '-deoxyuridine,the maximum value of mycelium 2'-deoxyuridine at 55 days(10.91mg/g)and the maximum value of 2 '-deoxyuridine in asparagus culture medium at 50 days(5.23mg/g)were obtained.Taking guanosine as an example,the
