Sugarcane plene has the characteristics of short single bud stem segment and convenient storage and transportation,which Suitable for planting sugarcane varieties mechanized,then reduce the planting cost of sugarcane.Compared with the conventional two bud stems,it can provide less nutrition and less resistance to drought.In China,most sugarcane is planted on the dry slope land without irrigation.How to improve the drought resistance capacity of sugarcane plene on dry slopes is a key problem to be solved urgently for realizing mechanized planting.In this research,the first generation of GuiTang46 healthy seedling was used as the test materials.Through treatment with different drought resistant agents and different seed concentration,the effects of different drought resistant agents on the drought resistance of sugarcane plene were comprehensively evaluated.The main results obtained are as follows:1.Four kinds of drought resistant agents including calcium chloride,ethrel,salicylic acid and 1-methylcyclopropene were used for three concentration gradient soaking,and water soaking and non-soaking were used as control.The membership function method in fuzzy mathematics was used to calculate the weighted value of the membership function for 5 indicators:germination rate,plant height,false stem thickness,chlorophyll content decrease and leaf relative water content decrease.The size sort is:calcium chloride 2000 mg/L>ethrel 50 mg/L>ethrel 100 mg/L>calcium chloride 1000 mg/L>ethrel 200 mg/L>calcium chloride 500 mg/L>1-methylcyclopropene 2.5 mg/L>salicylic acid 100 mg/L>1-methylcyclopropene 5 mg/L>water soaking>salicylic acid 50 mg/L>1-methylcyclopropene 1 mg/L>salicylic acid 200 mg/L>non-soaking.The research results showed that the application of calcium chloride 500-2000 mg/L,ethrel 50-200 mg/L1-methylcyclopropene 2.5-5 mg/L,salicylic acid 100 mg/L for sugarcane plene seed soaking,can improve sugarcane plene germination rate,promote the growth of seedlings,with calcium chloride 2000 mg/L seed soaking best growth promoting effect,followed by ethrel 50 mg/L.2.On germination rate,plant height and false stem diameter 3 index of agronomic traits and the chlorophyll content,leaf relative water content,malondialdehyde content,stomatal conductance,leaf membrane permeability,peroxidase activity and catalase activity 7 physiological index as evaluation index,according to membership function weighted comprehensive evaluation value size calcium chloride and ethrel 2 drought resistant agents soaking treatments on sugarcane plene the impact of drought resistance.The results showed that both calcium chloride 2000mg/L soaking and ethrel 50mg/L soaking could improve the drought resistance of sugarcane plene,and calcium chloride 2000 mg/L soaking had the best drought resistance.
