In order to get a better understand on the research,which about the phenomenon of tobacco leafs faded and become white around Hunan province,we regarded maturation anomaly faded green white normal leaves in five plant to smoke in Hunan:the town of jiahe gf,the town of puman,the town of jiangyong lx,sangzhi and longshan county,as the sample.We have determined main chemical components of tobacco leaves,the pigment,the main physiological index,medium trace element and endogenous reactive oxygen species related material.The results showed that1.The origin in central and upper leaves(1)the content of the total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen and chlorine in normal leaf surpass white leaf;(2)the starch content in white leaf surpass another;(3)the data of nicotine content present difference at two area,nicotine content of white leaf surpass normal leaf in Guangfa,Puman and Lanxi,but completely opposite in Sangzhi and Longshan;(4)Potassium content for performance of yunyan 87 is white leaf>normal leaf,K326?Xiangyan 3 is normal leaf>white leaf.2.The origin in central and upper leaves mature period normal fall yellow mature chlorophyll and carotenoid content in tobacco leaves were 0.569 mg/g and 0.093mg/g,chlorophyll and carotenoid content in white leaf were 0.183 mg/g and 0.040 mg/g.Chlorophyll and carotenoid content in normal leaf were higher than-white leaf.3.The origin in central and upper leaves(1)the total free amino acid in the leaves is white leaf(39.55ug/g)>normal leaf(32.04ug/g),NR activity is white leaf(0.100U)>normal leaf(0.03418U).(2)the main hormone level changes as IAA is normal leaf(398.90ug/g)>white leaf(337.20ug/g);ABA:white leaf(174.72ug/kg)>normal leaves(160.81ug/kg);GA:white leaf(749.27ug/g)>normal leaves(635.11ug/g);CrTK is white leaf(72.43ug/kg)>normal leaves(33.8ug/kg).4.The origin in central and upper leaves(1)the content of copper in the medium range(6-15 mg/kg)of normal leaf(43.75%)and white leaves(43.75%)of the same;The content of manganese element in moderate range(50-200 mg/kg)of normal leaf(87.5%)>white leaf(31.25%);The content of zinc in the moderate range(20-50 mg/kg)of normal leaf(37.5%)<white leaf(62.5%);The content of iron in the moderate range(90-120 mg/kg)of normal leaf(31.25%)>white leaf(12.5%).The content of calcium in the moderate range(17-34 mg/g)ratio of normal leaf(62.5%)= white leaf(62.5%).Mg element content in normal leaf and white leaf were lower than normal range(5 to 9 mg/g).(2)the comparison of copper content in order as white leaf(8.98 mg/kg)>normal leaf(8.88 mg/kg),and magnesium,manganese,zinc,iron,calcium are showed is norma 1 leaf>white leaf.5.The origin in central and upper leaves two enzymes are(1)the POD is white leaves(13524.93U)>normal leaves(16617.22U);PPO is normal leaf(65.67U)>white leaf(42.40U).(2)GSH content is white leaf(658.62U)>normal leaf(877.00U),MAD content is white leaf(0.942U)>normal leaf(0.741U).
