| In recent years,China’s tobacco production is facing a shortage of resources,higher labor and material cost.In order to improve the quality of tobacco,making full use of limited water resources,improve the utilization rate of fertilizer,reduce tobacco production and labor costs,2015-2016 years in the city of Weifang was carried out under the condition of drip irrigation of flue-cured tobacco field and pot experiments.The law of water of drip irrigation for flue-cured tobacco;nitrogen fertilizer reduction and different fertilizer optimum period and so on,and the reduction of nitrogen fertilizer on flue-cured tobacco,improve water use efficiency,provide a theoretical basis to improve the quality of tobacco leaves.Take the field comparison,The main research is as follows:(1)Drip irrigation on water requirement of tobacco,the results showed that the agronomic traits and dry matter results,influence of water and fertilizer supply on tobacco growth,significantly increased the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco,the growth period of optimal growth condition,dry matter accumulation,increase the biological yield of Flue-cured tobacco.During the period of soil moisture content,the soil moisture content of 100%FC during the period was 85%FC,and the growth and dry matter accumulation of tobacco plant were more than that of the long-term soil moisture content.(2)Take the field contrast test showed that 40%of the nitrogen and potassium fertilizer drip fertilization test based on weight of drip irrigation under drip irrigation reduced nitrogen fertilization can reach 20%conventional fertilization levels of tobacco yield and quality,agronomic traits,photosynthesis,physiological stress,dry matter accumulation,nutrient accumulation and other aspects of tired performance slightly higher than that of the conventional production in tobacco field.(3)Under the condition of drip irrigation in different periods to water fertilizer nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer utilization research shows that after transplanting 28 days and 42 days is the critical period of nitrogen absorption and nitrogen fertilizer,not more big matter accumulation more,30 days after transplanting phosphorus fertilizer is better than the base fertilizer effect.(4)By pot experiment,that pot water requirements of tobacco and to the water with fertilizer phosphate fertilizer and fertilizer mode period:root extension period of soil water content of 85%FC is more helpful to tobacco root development and the growth of tobacco plants;Wang long-term water treatment 10 days after the water supply is adequate smoke plant pigm ent content is low,Wang long water 20 days after treatment was significantly lower than other treatments 85%FC color,100%FC and pigment content was the highest in fertilizer research,after transplanting 28 days and 42 days is the critical period of water requirement of tobacco plants need nitrogen,and not the more the better,30 days of topdressing phosphate fertilizer. |
