| In 2008,the State Council of the CCCPC launched a full reform of the collective forest to put the rights of management and ownership of the collective forest on peasants and place the peasant on the principal part of the management.Since the reform of the collective forest property right started,under-forest has been developed quickly.Responding to the policy positively,Xinjiang is exploring the developing way of under-forest.According to the idea of highlighting geographical environment,industry,brand cultivation and scale operation,Taxihe Township of Manasi County develops its own advantage of resources,changes its single industrial structure by under-forest,greatly inspires the herdsmen’s initiative and raises their income.The thesis focuses on how Taxihe Township of Manasi County develops the under-forest economy that complies with their own conditions after the system reform of the collective forest property right to increase economic benefit and land utilization,adjust rural industrial structure,expand industrial chain and create more job opportunities for rural labor force,and find out a sustainable development way for under-forest in Taxihe Township of Manasi County.By looking up a large number of data and references about under-forest,the thesis analyzes the development of under-forest in Taxihe Township of Manasi County according the current economic situation and provides theoretical support for its economic development.We understand the economy after the reform,find that under-forest can promote the development of Taxihe Township,find out the constraints in the progress and make countermeasures and suggestions on under-forest economy in its economic development and its role in economy,society,people’s livelihood,environmental coordinate development during the county’s ecological construction.We hope to explore an available plan for the forest industry and under-forest economy in the future of Taxihe Township of Manasi County. |
