Calculation Of Mariculture's Total Factor Productivity And Study On Its Influential Factors In Zhoushan

Mariculture is an important part of China's Marine fishery.Since the establishment of China's fishery development strategy of "focusing on breeding" in the 1970 s,mariculture has been expanding in scale and increasing in output value,which has become one of the important growth points of China's Marine economy.The development of mariculture include not only production increase(increased),should also include the efficiency of(i.e.the quality improvement),but in recent years,seawater aquaculture in China pay more attention to the expansion of "quantity",ignore the promotion of the overall effectiveness of the mariculture,the ascension of the added value of mariculture industry mainly comes from the factors of production of a large number of inputs,and non-technical level improvement.The rapid development of factor input-driven industry is unsustainable.If the current driving mode of factor input-driven mariculture development cannot be changed,the development of mariculture will be unsustainable.Total factor productivity(TFP)reflects the output increase caused by technological progress and capacity realization in addition to the input factors(capital,labor,etc.),and is the technical level after eliminating the contribution of factor input.It is helpful to measure the development quality of mariculture,improve the efficiency of mariculture,and promote the transformation of mariculture from "extensive" to "intensive".Zhoushan is the only archipelago city in China.Zhoushan fishery is the largest fishery in China.Mariculture industry plays an important role in the national economic development and the livelihood of fishermen in zhoushan.Based on this,this article on the basis of the economic growth theory and the theory of production factors,based on c-d production function and OLS model,measure the mariculture of zhoushan's 2008-2017 total factor productivity and its influence factors are analyzed,in order to find the zhoushan mariculture,total factor productivity promotion of the main factors promoting the zhoushan mariculture industry transformation.The research is mainly carried out from the following two aspects.(1)calculation of total factor productivity of mariculture.Combined with the c-d production function,the total factor productivity of mariculture in zhoushan city from 2008 to 2017 was calculated by using the solow residual value method.(2)analysis of factors affecting total factor productivity of mariculture.Firstly,the possible factors affecting the total factor productivity of mariculture are analyzed from the aspects of industrial development,policy support,human capital,social and economic development and infrastructure.Secondly,the OLS model was used to construct the factor model of total factor productivity of mariculture.Finally,zhoushan as empirical study area,analyzed the influence of zhoushan's Marine aquaculture total factor productivity factor,think the urbanization rate of ascension is a restriction of zhoushan mariculture total factor productivity,the main reasons for the increasing GDP per capita,strengthen the mariculture technology investment,promote mariculture production and the size of the mariculture,strengthen for mariculture personnel training and to increase the number of mariculture R&D personnel can effectively improve the mariculture efficiency of zhoushan city.
