The fertilizer mixer is a key link in the water and fertilizer integration technology.The venturi fertilizer is widely used due to its simple structure and convenient operation.However,in actual work,the pressure loss of the Venturi manure is too large,the effect of the fertilizer is not good,and it is easy to appear that it does not absorb fertilizer or reverse the fertilizer.In view of the above problems,an improved Venturi fertilizer mixing device was designed to achieve a more stable fertilizer mixing and reduce pressure loss.The main research contents are as follows:Improvement of Venturi Fertilizer Mixer.Based on the analysis and comparison of conventional fertilizer mixer,the pressure loss,fertilization performance and power required by the fertilizer mixer are analyzed.The structure of Venturi fertilizer mixer is preliminarily designed according to the characteristics of Venturi fertilizer mixer and fertilizer injection pump.The spiral structure and multi-channel positive pressure fertilizer supply mode are put forward.The spiral structure can make the water and fertilizer mix quickly.The multichannel positive pressure fertilizer supply mode improves the disadvantage of large pressure loss of Venturi fertilizer mixer.The numerical simulation of Venturi fertilizer mixer.According to the structure of the improved venturi mixer,the numerical simulation of the length of the spiral,the proportion of the spiral and the height of the spiral are carried out respectively.The orthogonal experiment was carried out to optimize the shrinkage ratio of throat diameter and inlet diameter of Venturi and the structure of spiral fertilizer mixer was added.According to the working conditions of positive pressure fertilizer,the simulation was carried out by using FLUENT and CFDPOST software with finite element analysis method.On this basis,further research was carried out on the location of the inlet pipe,the location of the turbulent zone,and the angle of the feed pipe,and the key parameters of the model of the fertilizer were determined.Taking the exit speed and the negative pressure extreme value as the evaluation criteria,the hydraulic performance of the mixer with 3 spiral stripes,1/2 spiral spiral ratio and 15 mm spiral height is better.Test of Venturi Fertilizer Mixer.According to the model of the fertilizer mixer,the test environment is set up,the motor speed is controlled by changing the frequency of the frequency modulator,the outlet flow and pressure of the water supply pump are adjusted,the variation of the throat parameters under different inlet conditions is determined,and the throat is found under different speed conditions.The relationship between the pressure of the part and the flow rate,and the pressure loss is explored;the flow rate of the fertilizer pump outlet is adjusted by a pressure regulator,and the proportion of the fertilizer mixture is determined.The test results show that the pressure loss of the fertilizer structure of positive pressure fertilizer is small,about 16%;the fertilizer ratio can be controlled more accurately by controlling the fertilizer pump.When the single pump is used for fertilizer,as the target concentration increases,The concentration deviation is larger;at the same target concentration,as the number of fertilizer pumps increases,the concentration of the fertilizer is more stable.
