| Traditional greenhouse monitoring system adopts the cable signal transmission mode,which has high complexity of networking and limited the dynamic changes of network.This way is not conducive to raising the level of agricultural automation.With the rapid development of wireless sensor network technology,it has been widely used in many industries because of its advantages such as low cost,convenient installation and maintenance,flexible networking and so on.In the current greenhouse engineering,most of researches are focused on the greenhouse environmental parameters,but there are few applications of plant physiological information monitoring.It is found that plant acoustic emission signals are the sensitive response of plants to water conditions and diseases,and can provide important basis for the regulation and control of the greenhouse.Therefore,in this paper,the greenhouse wireless monitoring system is studied in combination with wireless sensor technology and acoustic emission technology.In this paper,the greenhouse wireless monitoring system is constructed with DSP,wireless communication module SZ05,environmental factor sensors and acoustic emission sensors,which takes greenhouse environment parameters and acoustic emission signals under plant disease stress as monitoring objects.Based on the ZigBee wireless transmission protocol,the greenhouse wireless sensor network is designed to collect the soil temperature and humidity,air temperature and humidity,carbon dioxide concentration,light intensity and the acoustic emission signals reflecting disease condition,and transmits the data to the upper level monitoring platform by wireless transmission.The acoustic emission signals of crops are collected by piezoelectric ceramic sensors and fiber Bragg grating sensors.The method of acoustic emission signal analysis and processing is studied.The main methods are waveform feature parameter extraction and waveform reconstruction.Based on the LabVIEW platform the host computer monitoring software is built,realizing greenhouse data reception,display,analysis and storage.This system can carry out real-time monitoring and management of greenhouse environment parameters and plant acoustic emission signals,and provide information for the management of greenhouse crops in greenhouse,which would improve the greenhouse automation and intelligent level and convenient operation,have good portability,and can be widely applied to the industry of agricultural facilities. |
