| With the development of China’s economy and science and technology,China’s agriculture is changing from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,in which greenhouse as an important support of modern agriculture is widely used in China.Tomato is an important vegetable variety planted in greenhouse,and its daily consumption is huge.Traditional tomato greenhouse planting management is mainly based on experience.There are some outstanding problems,such as low level of intelligence,ineffective measurement and control of tomato growth environment,large labor input,low labor efficiency and serious waste of resources.Therefore,the intelligent control system of tomato greenhouse environment based on the Internet of things is developed to realize the real-time measurement and control of tomato greenhouse environment.Through the construction of tomato greenhouse environment control model,the accuracy of tomato greenhouse environment control is improved,which lays the foundation for the realization of automation and intelligence of tomato production management.In this paper,based on the greenhouse conditions of Dongping Xunfa organic vegetable cooperative,the intelligent environmental regulation system of tomato greenhouse based on the Internet of things was developed,the environmental regulation model of tomato greenhouse was established,and the supporting software management system was developed.The specific research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Referring to the existing research results,taking into account the effectiveness and simplicity of the algorithm,a random forest prediction method with air temperature,air humidity and light intensity as input and air temperature as output is adopted;meanwhile,a single neuron adaptive PID controller is used instead of the traditional PID controller.The environmental regulation model of tomato greenhouse was built,and its good performance laid a foundation for precise control of greenhouse.(2)Referring to the existing architecture of the Internet of things,combined with the actual needs of tomato greenhouse,the four-tier structure of tomato greenhouse is designed;through wireless sensor network to collect the environmental information and equipment status information of tomato greenhouse,and upload them to the upper computer software by the communication transmission module for storage,analysis and decision-making,the intelligent control system of tomato greenhouse environment is developed,which realizes the real-time monitoring function of tomato greenhouse environment and the intelligent control function based on the control model.(3)The research and development of upper computer software,Web terminal and mobile phone APP program can realize the real-time monitoring and remote control of the tomato greenhouse environment,which is convenient for growers to monitor and operate the tomato greenhouse and greatly improve the operation efficiency.The system operation results show that the developed intelligent control system of tomato greenhouse environment is stable and reliable,and can effectively complete the real-time supervision of tomato greenhouse environment,and can supervise the greenhouse through the site,web terminal and mobile app terminal.The output of the application system of tomato greenhouse is increased by 12.86%,the system has practical and promotion value. |
