| By studying the effects of AM fungi inoculated on the physiological and ecological indexes and yield of quinoa at different nitrogen levels,we explored AM fungi and nitrogen application suitable for growth of quinoa,so as to provide evidence for improving the growth and yield of quinoa.By pot experiment,quinoa as tested plants,The AM fungi were Glomus mosseae and Glomus mosseae as inoculum,respectively at different nitrogen levels(N0,N1,N2,N3 nitrogen content were 0g/kg,0.2g/kg,0.4g/kg,0.6g/kg)were inoculated.Study on the plant height by quinoa growth index,root infection index,root activity and root morphological index,antioxidant system index,osmoregulation substance content,chlorophyll content,fluorescence parameters,yield and component factors,draws the following conclusion:AM fungi had a good symbiotic relationship with quinoa.The inoculation rate of N2,0.4g/kg and Gm was 36.63% and mycorrhizal index reached 44.3%,respectively.The nitrogen application rate of N2(0.4g/kg)increase the infection rate and mycorrhizal dependence index of AM fungi on the root system of quinoa.The same inoculation treatment,the yield of quinoa plant growth index,the higher the activity of root,total root length and root growth index,antioxidant enzyme activity,chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo and grain weight factors were increased with nitrogen application increased firstly and then decreased.Compared with NG,the average diameter of the root system increased significantly after inoculation,the nitrogen application in 0.4g/kg reached the maximum,and the increase of inoculation Gm was greater than that of Gt inoculation.The average diameter of the root system of quinoa decreased significantly after inoculation,and the decrease of Gm was greater than that of Gt.The results showed that inoculation of AM fungi could promote the growth of quinoa,increase theactivity of antioxidant enzymes and increase the yield of quinoa.The content of MDA,osmotic regulator and Fo in the root of quinoa showed a tendency to decrease and then increase with the increase of nitrogen application,and the minimum value of nitrogen application in 0.4g/kg.After inoculation of AM fungi,the content of MDA decreased significantly,while the content of osmotic substances increased,and the maximum amplitude of Gm was changed.It was suggested that inoculation of AM fungi could reduce the content of MDA and increase the accumulation of osmotic substances.The best effect is to be inoculated with Gm. |
