Adzuki bean originated in China,is China's traditional,specialty edible bean crops,but with the continuous expansion of China's Adzuki bean market,and the degradation of high-quality varieties is serious,so breeding high-yield and high-quality Adzuki bean varieties is one of the main tasks of Adzuki bean breeding.In this study,269 copies of Azuki bean germplasm resources from across the country were selected as the research object,and the agronomic traits of Adzuki bean were investigated and counted between 2016 and 2017?The genetic diversity of the test materials was analyzed and evaluated using SSR molecular marker technology.The association between the main agronomic traits of Azuki bean and SSR markers was analyzed,thus revealing the genetic characteristics of Azuki bean and providing theoretical basis for breeding work.The main results are as follows:1.Analysis of morphological diversity of 269 materials from different parts of the country showed that the 16 agronomic traits of the tested materials were rich in variation types,and there were obvious correlations between the various traits,and environmental conditions have a greater impact on Adzuki bean growth.The principal component analysis confirmed four types of impact factors,indicating that the greatest influence on the growth of Adzuki bean was growth period,plant height,pods number per plant,and number of seed per pod.These four agronomic traits could also be used as indicators for the selection of Adzuki bean.Using the Powermarker cluster analysis based on agronomic traits in 2016,it was found that all the test materials can be roughly divided into six categories.In the 2017 cluster analysis,the test materials were divided into five categories,and the differences among the groups were obvious.The clustering results are different in two years.Due to the greater influence of the environment,there is no direct relationship between the traits of the population and the geographic sources.2.12 Adzuki bean were used to filter the published 117 SSR primers,and picked out 40 pairs of primers with good polymorphism and stable amplification were obtained.A total of 192 alleles(NA)were detected using 40 pairs of SSR markers for all Azuki bean materials,with an average of 4.8,a variation range of 3-8,and an average effective number of alleles(NE)3.275.The Nei's gene diversity ranged from 0.541(X168)to 0.804((AG)26)with an average of 0.423.The polymorphism information content PIC value ranged from 0.459 to 0.779 with an average of 0.623.The total number of effective alleles(NE)was 2.963,the gene diversity index was 0.494,and the PIC value was 0.434.NE from different geographical origins ranged from 1 to 4.25,the highest in LiaoNing,and the lowest in GuiZhou.The genetic diversity index ranged from 0 to 0.647,the highest in Liaoning and the lowest in GuiZhou.The PIC values ranged from 0 to 0.590,the highest in LiaoNing and the lowest in GuiZhou.Cluster analysis divided 269 materials into two major groups,and the division results had a certain relationship with geographic sources.The 16 geographic sources of Adzuki bean can be divided into three groups,which are related to geographical origin.3.Using Structure software to analyze all of the Adzuki Bean,as a result,269 accessions of Azuki bean materials were classified into two major categories from the genetic structure Materials from the three northeast provinces,Hebei Province and Beijing City were gathered together.In the study,the probability Q value of each species derived from a specific subpopulation was included as a covariate in the regression analysis to correct false positive associations.Tassel software was used to correlate the SSR marker loci with adzuki bean traits and found that there were 6 loci in 2016.Associated with traits,a total of 9 loci were associated with traits in 2017,and X25 is related to both the 2016 maximum width and the 2017 growth period.
