In order to select high quality and special soybean,to create new germplasm,to analyze the genetic characteristics of mutagenesis and the genetic diversity of progeny,and to provide the basis for analyzing the mechanism of green retardation and molecular marker-assisted breeding.In this study,108 soybean hysteretic green mutants were induced by 60Co,and their field characters were observed and recorded in two years.The 17 main agronomic characters were statistically analyzed by difference analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The differences of photosynthesis,chlorophyll content and protein in soybean with different skin color and cotyledon color were analyzed.16 pairs of SSR primers were used to mark 108 materials.The main findings are as follows:1.The offspring ' s materials show the transition from green to yellow,and the offspring materials show diversity in the aspects of leaf shape,downy color,flower color,and so on.2.Through correlation analysis and principal component analysis,the correlation degree of agronomic characters of progeny materials was obtained."yield factor","plant type factor","seed pod factor","stem pod factor","pest factor" and "stem stem factor" were extracted.3.Under the same color of soybean cotyledons,the higher the chlorophyll content of green leaf,the larger the decrease of chlorophyll and the stronger the green hysteresis,otherwise,the weaker the green retardation of soybean cotyledons.Under the condition that the color of seed skin is the same(all are light green),the chlorophyll content and protein content in leaves of green cotyledon lines are higher than those of yellow mutant lines during the senescence period of soybean.4.A total of 62 alleles were detected in 16 pairs of primers,ranging from 2 to 5.The variation range of polymorphic information content(PIC)was 0.4321 tol.6341,with an average of 0.4918..The change range of Shannon index is 0.4025?1.6341,with the mean value of 0.8995.The progeny populations were divided into 8 groups according to the distance of Nei's gene...
