| According to statistics,the total output of sugarcane in Guangxi will be 74.61 million tons in 2017,accounting for about 2/3 of the country.Sugarcane planting will benefit more than 20 million people,while Chongzuo,located in southwestern Guangxi,will produce 24.19 million tons of sugarcane,accounting for about one third of the total output in Guangxi.In May 2017,the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region the Water Conservancy Department of the Autonomous Region issued the "13th Five-Year Plan for Guangxi to Increase 4.8 million mu New High Efficiency Water-Saving Irrigation." It is clearly pointed out that Chongzuo Municipality needs to complete the task of building 1.69 million mu of high efficiency water-saving irrigation area,accounting for about 1/3 of the total area of the whole region,and the high efficiency water-saving irrigation technology is the key to the project.By constructing the evaluation index system of different irrigation methods in sugarcane area of Southwest Guangxi,the evaluation indexes of 8 experimental areas in sugarcane area of Southwest Guangxi were monitored experimentally for four consecutive years from 2013 to 2016.The evaluation index system of water-saving irrigation technology was established from five aspects:irrigation effect(economic evaluation index),sugarcane growth characteristics and adaptability to natural conditions(technical evaluation index),construction and later management(economic evaluation index),user willingness(social evaluation index)and ecological benefit(social evaluation index).A two-level evaluation model is adopted to calculate the comprehensive effect evaluation value of the overall and single-ranking schemes.A questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the adaptability of different irrigation methods in sugarcane area of Southwest Guangxi.A total of 250 questionnaires were issued,and 168 were actually recovered.Through the design personnel,management personnel and construction personnel of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation project,the scores of buried drip irrigation,surface drip irrigation,micro-sprinkler irrigation,sprinkler irrigation and low-pressure pipe irrigation were scored.Through analysis,calculation and expert scoring,the irrigation effect of sugarcane,sugarcane growth characteristics and adaptability to natural conditions,construction and post-management,user wishes and ecological benefits of each sub-index value.By quantifying the indexes of different irrigation methods in the sugarcane area of Southwest Guangxi,and used a hierarchical approach to weight the different evaluation indicators,the results showed that the scores of sugarcane adaptability of different irrigation methods in southwest Guangxi were as follows:buried drip irrigation(0.969)>low pressure pipeline(0.716)>micro-sprinkler irrigation(0.676)>surface drip irrigation(0.660)>sprinkler irrigation(0.570). |
