This article research on brand marketing strategy of M company Huanjiang beef as an example,mainly through the investigation method,to master M company around the Huanjiang beef brand and marketing status,the results found that:brand marketing market positioning lacks,low visibility,satisfaction is not high.Then the main problems existing in the marketing of Huanjiang beef brand are summarized and analyzed:the brand management is not accurate enough,the brand recognition is not obvious,the brand communication channels are not many,the brand sales model is single,and the brand promotion activities are not many.Based on the marketing theory of 4Ps and 4Cs,this paper puts forward the ideas and effective strategies to improve the brand marketing of M company.The conclusion of this paper is:using the marketing theory of 4Ps and 4Cs,adopting product development strategy,marketing channel strategy,brand promotion strategy,and service extension strategy to discuss the improvement of M company’s brand marketing strategy and target positioning.It is of practical significance to perfect marketing organization and marketing process and expand the feasibility of marketing communication,management and service.In particular,the product development strategy will create a Xiangniu brand,highlight the three characteristics of ethnic minorities,high-quality Xiangniu and health,improve the Xiangniu brand products,and refine the low-end products.Marketing channel strategy:integrate sales channels into five major marketing areas to ensure the diversity of sales patterns;Integrate communication channels and expand the range of brand communication.Brand promotion strategy:adopt special offer promotion,points coupon promotion and other diversified promotion strategy.Service extension strategy:protect brand service,deepen brand extension,improve customer satisfaction.
