| In recent years,as my country’s meat prices continue to rise,relevant state departments have also paid more attention to green meat companies,and various policies related to them have been continuously introduced.Therefore,the development of enterprises has also ushered in a new trend of development.Facing the new development environment,companies can no longer respond to the development of the company with traditional performance management methods,but must combine their own actual conditions with relevant policies to continuously optimize new plans for corporate development.Over the years,the balanced scorecard system has achieved a long time of success and development in enterprises and research in many foreign countries,and many related researchers have also expressed interest and affirmation for its role in performance evaluation.After 29 years of development,M company has now formed a comprehensive modern enterprise company with live pig breeding as the core,integrating feed processing,pig breeding,pig breeding,and slaughtering and processing.In the process of development,the corporate strategy is constantly updated,and the internal performance management of the company is also constantly changing.The current financial-centric traditional performance management method adopted by M company is seriously inconsistent with the rapid development trend of the company and is not suitable for the long-term and healthy development of the company.This paper introduces the theoretical knowledge of the Balanced Scorecard,uses its characteristics of unity,variability,and coordination,and uses a variety of research methods such as case analysis and literature research to conduct a detailed study on the performance management of M company.Under the guidance of the SWOT analysis method,the interaction between the four dimensions of M company is analyzed.Through the above analysis,the performance management based on the balanced scorecard is established,and the problems existing in the current performance management status of M company are proposed to be solved,and corresponding measures and methods are proposed.Based on the perspective of the balanced scorecard theory,this paper analyzes the performance management problems of M company through preliminary preparations,optimizes related issues and develops a strategic map,determines the relevant data of the evaluation system,and forms a performance management system suitable for enterprise development to fully stimulate internal The potential of employees,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the company’s overall performance management level.At the same time,I hope this paper can also guide the performance management of similar companies. |
