With the development of key technologies for farmland water conservancy projects,fabricated buildings play an increasingly important role in farmland water conservancy projects due to their short construction period,reliable quality and environmental protection.At the same time,problems such as the heavy fabricated components,the difficulty of transporting,low strength level and unreasonable split assembly still exist to some extent.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to carry out research on the assembly and disassembly of farmland water conservancy building components、concrete materials and application research.This paper mainly carries out the following development and research work:(1)Design and stability analysis of the new fabricated culvert structure.According to the principle of reasonable force,simple connection,convenient construction,less specification and multiple combinations,the culvert is divided into eight kinds of components:bottom plate,wing wall,upstream retaining wall,platform,gate,downstream retaining wall,culvert and culvert block;the connection method mainly adopts birch joints and bolts,and is supplemented with rubber mats to stop water and reduce rigid contact;through calculation of earth pressure,water pressure,lifting pressure,gravity,etc.,it is concluded that the fabricated culvert meets the requirements of anti-sliding stability and anti-floating stability;using the finite element software Abaqus to model and review the whole culvert,it is concluded that the settlement of the fabricated culvert foundation meets the requirements,and the concrete compressive strength and tensile strength of each component meet the requirements,and the overall stability is good.(2)Research on new fabricated culvert concrete materials.In order to achieve concrete with both light strength and strength,this paper uses double-doped silicon powder(5%,7%,9%)and fly ash(12%,16%,20%)to replace a certain amount of cement.The coarse aggregate in the traditional concrete is replaced by ceramsite(580kg,610kg,640kg).The 28-day compressive strength and bulk density of concrete were used as test indicators.Silicon powder,fly ash and ceramsite were used as experimental factors,and each factor was separated by three levels.The mixture ratio was determined by orthogonal design.The test shows that,for the 28-day compressive strength,the ceramsite content is the main influencing factor,the silica fume content is an important factor,and the fly ash content is the secondary influencing factor;for the bulk density,the ceramsite content is the main influencing factor,the fly ash content is an important factor,and the silica powder content is a secondary factor.According to the analysis of range and variance,the optimal mix ratio was determined,that is,the silicon powder content was 7%,the fly ash content was 12%,and the ceramsite content was 580 kg.(3)Application research of a new type of fabricated culvert.In this paper,single shear bolt gate without water as the wing wall is the most unfavorable stress.When calculating the force of the bolt,all the bolts are subjected to the earth pressure and the water is not contained in the gate.After calculation and comparison,the bolt with the diameter of M16 is selected,the inner diameter of the thread is 14.12mm,the effective sectional area of the thread is 156.7mm2,fvb= 24.63/mm2,and the grade 5.6 of the refined bolt is selected.Simultaneously fabricated culvert installation process quality control are set forth in order to ensure the quality of the installation of new fabricated culvert.
