Greenhouses,as an agricultural facility to ensure the normal production of crops in winter,have been widely used in rural areas of China since the 20 th century.With the country's emphasis on agricultural development and greenhouses,more and more researchers are trying to use new materials and new technologies in the renovation and renovation of greenhouses.The function,structure and structure of greenhouses are also changing with each passing day.This paper takes Shouguang City,Shandong Province as the representative to study and practice the greenhouse.Through investigation,it is found that traditional baux greenhouses are currently widely used in rural areas.However,there are many problems such as location selection and functional division that cannot fully meet the production and living needs,the lack of scientific and standardized structural systems,the need for technological innovation,and the low level of modernization of covering materials and thermal insulation materials.Therefore,it is also the key development direction of greenhouse greenhouses to seek high-quality and cost-effective materials to improve economic rationalization.In recent years,EPS modules have been widely used as building materials in construction fields such as new rural construction and civil housing construction,and have achieved remarkable insulation effects.The material can be used in the composite wall to be placed on the outer surface of the wall,and has excellent properties such as light weight,pressure resistance,small thermal conductivity and convenient construction.This paper will study greenhouses that use EPS modules instead of earth walls as wall materials.Focus on the energysaving design of EPS module greenhouses suitable for cold areas,including site selection planning,graphic design,physical space design,structural design and key technology design.Energy-saving analysis of EPS greenhouses was carried out to analyze their energy consumption,energy-saving effects and investment benefits.At the same time,in order to verify the practicability of the EPS module greenhouse,the paper conducted a practical analysis of the Shouguang EPS module greenhouse greenhouse demonstration project led by our school.At the same time,the energy-saving design features and construction and construction steps were analyzed in detail.At the same time,the data of temperature,humidity and heat storage of the EPS greenhouse were collected and measured,so that the use effect was more scientifically tested.Through the theory and actual measurement,the maximum indoor air temperature of the EPS greenhouse is 29 °C,the lowest temperature is 10.2 °C,and the indoor temperature is 12 °C higher than the outdoor temperature.So it can be proved that the EPS greenhouse greenhouse has a very significant effect on the indoor temperature,and the solar energy can be well absorbed during the day,and the temperature in the greenhouse can be maintained within a reasonable range at night.At last,Finally,in the construction process of the EPS module greenhouse,although various problems will occur and will be carried out,it is our development goal to construct the EPS module greenhouse into a wide range of traditional baux greenhouses,and it can meet economic,energy saving and land saving.utility.At the same time,the EPS module greenhouse has been expanded in cold storage,aquaculture and other aspects and achieved good results.
