1.Effects of adding dietary Bacillus licheniformis on the growth performance, immune indexes and digestive enzymes of Litopenaeus vannameiThis trial was conducted to investigate the effect of Bacillus licheniformis on growth performance, immune indices and digestive enzymes of juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei by means of adding Bacillus licheniformis to diet. The mean initial wet weight of shrimp in the trial was about 1.13 g.Six diet treatments containing different levels of dietary Bacillus licheniformis(D1: no supplemental Bacillus licheniformis;D2: 3 mg kg-1 Bacillus licheniformis;D3: 10.4 mg kg-1 Bacillus licheniformis;D4: 34.68 mg kg-1 Bacillus licheniformis;D5: 117.9 mg kg-1 Bacillus licheniformis;D6: 400.9 mg kg-1 Bacillus licheniformis)were fed to four replicate groups of the shrimp for 8 weeks. The result of trial showed that the growth performance(SGR: specific growth ratio;WG: weight gain)and the apparent digestibility coefficients(ADC)of protein of shrimp fed Bacillus licheniformis-containing diets(D2,D3 and D4)were significantly higher than that of shrimp fed no supplemental Bacillus licheniformis diet(D1)(P<0.05).No significant differences were found in feed conversion ratio(FCR)and survival(SR)among all diet treatments(P > 0.05).The highest values of heaptopancreas alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and acid phosphatas(ACP)of shrimp were found in shrimp fed D3(P<0.05).The activity of lysozyme(LZM)of shrimp fed D2,D3 and D4 were significantly higher than that of shrimp fed D1 and D5(P<0.05)but without significant difference with shrimp fed D6(P>0.05).The heaptopancreas AKP,LZM and superoxide dismutase(SOD)of shrimp from D2~D5 diet treatments were significantly higher than those of shrimp from basal diet treatment(P<0.05).The heaptopancreas malondialdehyde(MDA)of shrimp fed D4 was sifgnificantly lower than that of shrimp fed other diets(P<0.05).The heaptopancreas catalase(CAT)of shrimp fed the diets supplemented with Bacillus licheniformis was significantly higher than that of shrimp fed the basal diet(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of shrimp from D2,D4,D5 and D6 diet treatments was significantly higher than that of shrimp from other diet treatments(P<0.05).The intestinal tract lipase of shrimp from D2~D4 diet treatments was significantly higher than that of shrimp from basal diet treatment(P<0.05).The intestinal villus length of shrimp fed the diet supplemented with Bacillus licheniformis diet was significantly higher than that of shrimp fed the basal diet(P<0.05).The result of trial showed that the optimum supplemental Bacillus licheniformis in the diet of Litopenaeus vannamei was 10.4 mg kg-1.2.Effects of adding compound probiotics on the growth performance, immune indexes and digestive enzymes of Litopenaeus vannamei in feedThis trial was conducted to investigate the effect of compound probiotics on growth performance, immune indices and digestive enzymes of juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei by means of adding compound probiotics to diet. The mean initial wet weight of shrimp in the trial was about 1.21 g.In this trial, six diet treatments containing different levels of dietary compound probiotics(F1: no supplemental compound probiotics;F2: 1000 mg kg-1 compound probiotics;F3: 2000 mg kg-1 compound probiotics;F4: 4000 mg kg-1 compound probiotics;F5: 6000 mg kg-1 compound probiotics;F6: 8000 mg kg-1 compound probiotics)were fed to four replicate groups of shrimp for 8 weeks. In this trial,1 gram compound probiotics contains 1.8×108 CFU Bacillus subtilis,2×107 CFU Bacillus licheniformis and 3×107 CFU Lactobacillus. The result of this trial showed that the growth performance(SGR,WG,FBW)of shrimp fed diets containing compound probiotics(F2~F6)were significantly higher than that of shrimp fed diet without supplemental probiotics(F1)(P<0.05),moreover,the highest and lowest values of the growth performance(SGR,WG,FBW)and the FCR was found in shrimp fed the diet containing 2000 mg kg-1 probiotics. The heaptopancreas AKP and ACP of shrimp fed the diet containing 2000 mg kg-1 probiotics was significantly higher than those of shrimp fed F1(P<0.05).The LZM of shrimp fed F2~F6 were significantly higher than that of shrimp fed F1(P<0.05).The SOD of shrimp fed F4 were significantly higher than that of shrimp fed other diets(P<0.05).The CAT of shrimp fed diets containing compound probiotics(F2~F6)were significantly higher than that of shrimp fed diet without supplemental probiotics diet(F1)(P<0.05).The MDA of shrimp fed F5 was significantly lower than that of shrimp fed F1(P<0.05).The T-AOC of shrimp fed F2 and F3 were significantly higher than that of shrimp fed F1(P<0.05).The intestinal tract lipase and amylase of shrimp fed the diet containing 2000 mg kg-1 probiotics showed the highest values and was significantly higher than that of shrimp fed F1(P<0.05).The intestinal villus length of shrimp fed F3~F6 were significantly higher than that of shrimp fed the basal diet(F1)(P<0.05).The result of trial showed that the optimum supplemental probiotics in the diet of Litopenaeus vannamei was 2000 mg kg-1.3.Effects of adding yeast cell wall on the growth performance, immune indexes and digestive enzymes of Litopenaeus vannamei in feedThis trial was conducted to investigate the effect of yeast cell wall on growth performance, immune indices and Digestive enzymes of juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei by means of adding compound probiotics to diet. The mean initial wet weight of shrimp in the trial was about 1.18 g.In this trial, six diet treatments containing different levels of dietary yeast cell wall(the active ingredients: >20%glucan,>20% mannose oligosaccharides,<35% protein)(J1: no supplemental yeast cell wall;J2: 0.1% yeast cell wall;J3: 0.2% yeast cell wall;J4: 0.3% yeast cell wall;J5: 0.4% yeast cell wall;J6: 0.5% yeast cell wall)were fed to four replicate groups of shrimp for 8 weeks. The result of this trial showed that the growth performance(SGR,WG,FBW)and ADCs of shrimp fed diets containing yeast cell wall(J2-J6)were significantly higher than that of shrimp fed the basal diet without supplemental yeast cell wall(J1)(P<0.05).The FCR of shrimp fed J4 was significantly lower than that of shrimp fed J1 and J5(P<0.05)but without significant difference with shrimp fed J2,J3 and J6(P>0.05).The heaptopancreas ACPs of shrimp fed J2~J4 were significantly higher than that of shrimp fed basal diet(J1)(P<0.05).The heaptopancreas AKP of shrimp fed J2~J5 were significantly higher than that of shrimp fed J1(P<0.05).The values of LZM and SOD of shrimp fed diets containing yeast cell wall were higher than that of shrimp fed the basal diet but no significant differences were found among them(P>0.05).The heaptopancreas CAT of shrimp fed diets containing yeast cell wall were significantly higher than that of shrimp fed the basal diet(P<0.05).The MDA of shrimp fed diets containing yeast cell wall were significantly lower than that of shrimp fed the basal diet(P<0.05).The T-AOC of shrimp fed J3 was significantly higher than that of shrimp fed other diets(P<0.05).The intestinal villus length of shrimp fed diets containing yeast cell wall diet was significantly higher than that of shrimp fed the basal diet(P<0.05).No significant differences were found in intestinal digestive enzymes among all diet treatments(P>0.05).The result of this trial showed that the optimum supplemental yeast cell wall in the diet of Litopenaeus vannamei was 0.1%.
