Systematic And Biological Studies On Jujube Gall Midge And Haloxylon Gall Midge In Xinjiang With Their Rapid Identification Methods

Jujube is an important economic fruit tree in Xinjiang.In recent years,A new jujube pest in Xinjiang——jujube gall midge have already appeared,the harm of jujube gall midge to jujube trees also increased.The larvae harm jujube young leaves,reduce its photosynthetic rate,so that the young leaves finally turned black withered off,and even reached the point of fruit production.Haloxylon is an important economic tree species in Xinjiang.In recent years,With the increasing pace of construction of desertification and sand control projects in Xinjiang,the area of Haloxylon plantation has been increasing,Meanwhile,Haloxylon gall midge in Xinjiang is also increasing,which leads to the growth of Haloxylon ammodendron,the phenomenon of local death,seriously hindering the footsteps of artificial wind and sand in Xinjiang.The larvae harm the stem and flowers of Haloxylon ammodendron,the formation of stems gall and gall and the normal growth of Haloxylon ammodendron,which hinder the role of its wind and sand.Dasineura jujubifolia Jiao & Bu,2017 is one economic pest severely attacking jujube leaves in Xinjiang,China and so are Halodiplosis sp.?Stefaniola sp.and Exopsyllomyia sp.severely attacking Haloxylon stems and leaves.Jujube gall midge and Haloxylon gall midge are all insects belongs to Diptera.Identification of Jujube gall midges and Haloxylon gall midges with morphological characteristics,biological and damage features,rapid identification methods is provided first in China in the present paper to fully understand the economic importance and to give a reference for further research,inspection and quarantine and control of the two kinds of pests.This paper consists of four parts: The first part is the preface,which includes the purpose and significance of the study,the research status and the research characteristics.The second part is the experimental materials and methods,including the experimental conditions and experimental design,specimen collection and feeding,Xinjiang jujube gall midge film production methods,experimental data and determination methods.The third part is the result,including Xinjiang jujube system and taxonomy,Xinjiang jujube gall midge basic information,Xinjiang date leaf gall midge rapid identification method,Haloxylon ammodendron system and taxonomy,Haloxylon ammodendron basic information,shuttle Rapid identification method of.The fourth part is the conclusion.
