With the research and application of photosynthetic bacteria,some achievements have been made in the application of photosynthetic bacteria at home and abroad,but there are few reports on large-scale application.In this paper,the effect of the implementation of the research and discussion,but also in the large water surface cultivation of photosynthetic bacteria research.Contract to the test pond in Dongying City,Shandong Province,in the breeding test process for nearly 5 months,set the value of culture control group 1# pool and experimental group 2# pool,splashing in the experimental group using photosynthetic bacteria liquid,the bacteria cell number were detected in aquiculture water and bacterial fluid,and use after the detection of changes and water quality of ammonia,DO value,p H,nitrite.Through the investigation and application of photosynthetic bacteria culture method and process,the effect and application of photosynthetic bacteria culture in large water surface culture were discussed,and the effect in water quality adjustment was discussed.The water quality indexes of photosynthetic bacteria were monitored and tracked for 4 months after the culture and identification of photosynthetic bacteria and the use of photosynthetic bacteria in the process of culture.Through the analysis of the dynamic changes of the data,the application of photosynthetic bacteria has been well verified.Study on the application effect of photosynthetic bacteria on the light in a large area of water in the comparative analysis,found that the test group water photosynthetic bacteria number rose from 103 to 105 cfu/ L,the cell number decreased gradually during the breeding cycle,therefore,need a regular in the breeding process(10-15 d)of bacteria.A large surface photosynthetic bacteria breeding process,after the detection of water quality,water content of nitrite in the entire testing period compared with the control pool had little difference,to maintain the basic stability.The control of dissolved oxygen in the water pool of bacteria using photosynthetic test and there are some differences between the superior pool,water p H,test pool p H higher than that of control group,experimental group p H value reached 9,in the application of photosynthetic bacteria decreased gradually after a period of time,photosynthetic bacteria has a stable p H value of water effects have been validation,which should be sure.At the same time,the effective reduction of ammonia nitrogen content in water body is closely related to the use of photosynthetic bacteria,so that the content is lower and lower,and maintain below the safety value.
