Abstract/Summary:
The selected varieties by the research group were selected for the studies of root structure,yield and quality characteristics.Using KASP platform and resequencing technology for Xiaozhan 95,Xiaozhan 96,Xiaozhan 97,Koshihika,Yuyou 16 bulk1,Yuyou 16bulk2.Six varieties were tested for marker development,yield mechanism.The results are as follows:1.For yield,root weight,total root length,surface area and biological yield were significantly and positively correlated;total root length and total root length per cubic meter of soil were significantly positively correlated with yield per plant.For RVA spectral eigenvalues,root weight and pasting temperature,root tip number and setback,branch number and holding strength,final viscosity,setback,consistence,total root length per unit cubic meter of soil and final viscosity,setback,consistence showed a very significant negative correlation.2.Using KASP platform and resequencing technology,the representative varieties selected by the researchers were analyzed by genomic analysis and gene module,and Xiaozhan 95 and Xiaozhan 96 were identified as chromosome segment substitution lines(CSSL),and the replacement fragments of the first chromosome were identified.Carrying NOG1 gene,the substitution fragment on chromosome 5 carries Chalk5,GS5,qw5 genes,and the genomic structure analysis of three chromosome segment substitution lines of Xiaozhan 95,Xiaozhan 96 and Xiaozhan 97.Xiaozhan 96 evolved into a modern variety in some traits.Xiaozhan 95 carries some high-yielding genes and has a genetic basis for heterosis.Xiaozhan 95 is one of the parents,and Wei 27 is selected among the hybrid progeny.Wei 27 is used as a parent combination with U-1 can produce a strong vigor of Jindao 294.3.In the offspring of Yueyou 16,the bulk selection was made,and the more excellent 16bulk1 and the more excellent 16bulk2 were selected.The more excellent 16bulk1 is similar to Koshihikari,the more excellent 16bulk2 than the superior 16bulk1 high yield,desease resistance,high polymorphism,heterogeneity,in the first stage,the offspring can choose to breed high-yield types and high-quality types.4.The chromosomal substitution segment located on the first chromosome is used as the first target region,the chromosomal substitution segment located on the fifth chromosome is used as the second target region,and the chromosomal substitution segment located on the second chromosome is used as the third target region.As a model of trait control and trait combination,NOG1,Chalk5,GS5,qw5,high-quality palatability and other gene modules were established,combined with Breeding by Designand module breeding establishment and application,through GS5,Chalk5 and other important agronomic traits.The identification and combination of genes have selected new materials and new lines such as Jindao 294,Yueyou 16bulk1 and Yueyou 16bulk2.5.Establish breeding programs that combine conventional breeding techniques with molecular breeding techniques.In the study,the combination of forward breeding and reverse breeding made a strong attempt in the directionality and efficiency of breeding,and achieved the double effects of variety selection and method exploration.
