In order to improve the quality of pond aquaculture products,enhance automation and intelligent control level,this paper develops pond aquaculture multiple environmental factors control system which achieves data acquisition,decision-making and automatic or manual control functions.This article from the surface aspects were studied:Firstly,the influence of pond water quality factors on aquatic product are analyzed.And the system dynamics models of dissolved oxygen,temperature,pH and other water quality parameters are respectively established.After comprehensive analysis of the inherent relations among the key factors of the water body,and the situation of material exchange and energy transfer with the surrounding environment,it determines the dissolved oxygen,temperature,pH as the main subject of this article and their priority level control,priority control dissolved oxygen,followed by water temperature,the final pH;Secondly,the hardware of the system are designed,and the configuration software MCGS is used to achieve touch screen monitor interface.The hardware includes hardware acquisition circuit sensor node layout,the overall system design,system,system hardware selection,PLC electrical control system design schematics;Thirdly,the idea of controlling dissolved oxygen,temperature and pH simultaneously is put forward.The establishment of pH increment PID control system,dissolved oxygen fuzzy PID and water temperature fuzzy control system are realized with intelligent control algorithm,and simulation are achieved in the MATLAB,which show that the control algorithm's effectiveness.Finally,dissolved oxygen and temperature control performance test also are demonstrated the intelligent control system to meet the requirements,and have a certain application value in pond cultivation even aquaculture industrialization.
