The principle of large equipment is to liquefied air, because the boiling point of different components are not the same, we can separate them by this. This method is simple with a large gas production, on the other hand, equipment is large, expensive, with a complicated structure. Now aquaculture industry can't bear such a cost, but, the emergence of molecular sieves will solve the problem. The machine which uses molecular sieve that the control system is relatively simple, can't form a closed loop, the energy consumption is relatively large and the quality of the product gas can be guaranteed. This article will be to design a small oxygen machine which using the molecular sieve as it's core part, at last, using computer control technology that completed the optimization control of the machine.Firstly, build every part's mathematical model of oxygen machine, finally, build the biggest model, and simulation with the Simulink in the Matlab software. In this papper, there are three models which are blower?molecular sieve and buffer tank, the machine model is builded by these three parts. The select of control algorithm, after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of general PID and fuzzy PID control algorithm, which's flow at a stable line.System simulation and experimental results prove that it has small overshoot and stable working conditions with a short rising time, so the plan is feasible that it has An important theoretical basis to manufacture molecules adsorbed oxygen...
