In order to improve soil fertility and improve the ecological environment, vigorously promoting formula fertilization technology to achieve weight loss and efficiency has become the development trend of future agriculture. In this experiment,Pakchoi was planted by two methods:substrate potting and soil cultivation.Among them, the substrate pot experiment requires 2.8 kg of nitrogen,0.3 kg of phosphorus pentoxide and 2.1 kg of potassium oxide per 1000 kg of Pakchoi.Three treatments were set up,T1:Fertilizer treatment,1m~3 according to the ratio of N:P:K=9:1:7:0.63kg of urea,0.33 kg of super phosphate, and 0.29 kg of potassium chloride;T2:Complete organic fertilizer treatment(based on N)1 m~3 application amount:organic fertilizer 16.99 kg;T3:Partial replacement of chemical fertilizers(based on P)1m~3application rate:organic fertilizer 2.06 kg,urea 0.56 kg,potassium chloride 0.24 kg.The main research results of different fertilization treatments on the growth, yield and quality of Pakchoi, mineral content of plants, biological characteristics of culture substrate, physical and chemical properties of culture substrate and economic benefits were studied.Effects of different fertilizer treatments on plant growth:In the substrate pot experiment,Partial replacement of chemical fertilizers with organic fertilizers was significantly higher than that of chemical fertilizer treatment and complete organic fertilizer treatment in terms of leaf number, leaf area, leaf chlorophyll content and plant biomass, and the difference between chemical fertilizer treatment and complete organic fertilizer treatment was significant.Effects of different fertilizer treatments on plant yield and quality:In the soil cultivation experiment, the partial replacement of chemical fertilizers by organic fertilizers increased by 17.59%,17.29%,and 22.47%in terms of yield per mu,soluble protein, and vitamin C,respectively.Compared with chemical fertilizer treatment, the content of soluble sugar increased by 130.10%.The treatment of complete organic fertilizer and partial replacement of chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer decreased the nitrate content by 14.50%and 21.19%,respectively.Effects of different fertilizer treatments on the mineral content of plants:In the substrate pot experiment, the treatment of complete organic fertilizer was significantly higher than that of chemical fertilizer treatment and partial replacement of chemical fertilizers in the treatment of phosphorus and potassium, and the difference between organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer treatment and chemical fertilizer treatment was significant;organic fertilizer Part of the alternative fertilizer treatment was significantly higher than the complete organic fertilizer treatment and chemical fertilizer treatment in the nitrogen and magnesium content of the plant, and the difference between the complete organic fertilizer treatment and the fertilizer treatment was significant.Effects of different fertilizer treatments on microbial quantity and enzyme activity in cultivated substrates:In the substrate pot experiment,Partial replacement of chemical fertilizers with organic fertilizers was significantly higher than chemical fertilizer treatment and complete organic fertilizer treatment in terms of bacterial and fungal counts, urease and acid phosphatase activities, and complete organic fertilizer treatment. There was significant difference between the treatment with chemical fertilizers;the total organic fertilizer treatment was significantly higher than that of chemical fertilizer treatment and partial replacement of chemical fertilizers in terms of the number of actinomycetes and sucrase activity. The difference between chemical fertilizer treatment and partial replacement of chemical fertilizers was significant.Effects of different fertilizer treatments on the physical and chemical properties of the culture substrate:In the substrate pot experiment, there was no significant difference in the pH of different fertilizer treatments;the treatment of complete organic fertilizer in the available potassium and available phosphorus was significantly higher than the partial replacement of organic fertilizers and fertilizer treatment, and partial replacement of organic fertilizers. There were significant differences between chemical fertilizer treatment and chemical fertilizer treatment;partial replacement of chemical fertilizers with organic fertilizers was significantly higher than that of chemical fertilizer treatment and complete organic fertilizer treatment in total nitrogen and alkali nitrogen treatment, and significant difference between chemical fertilizer treatment and complete organic fertilizer treatment;complete organic fertilizer treatment In terms of total phosphorus and total potassium, the organic fertilizer was partially replaced by chemical fertilizer treatment and chemical fertilizer treatment, but the difference between organic fertilizer partial replacement fertilizer treatment and chemical fertilizer treatment was not significant. The impact of different fertilizer treatments on cost:In the soil cultivation experiment, compared with the treatment of complete organic fertilizers, partial replacement of chemical fertilizers with organic fertilizers not only reduces production costs, but also significantly increases the yield of pakchoi and achieves greater economic benefits.Through comprehensive analysis and comparison of experiments,it is concluded that the partial replacement of chemical fertilizers by organic fertilizers has the best performance and can be promoted and utilized in the production of Pakchoi.
