| China is a big country for fruit production and cultivation.In order to meet the growing demand for fruits in the market,it has become an important means to increase the output of orchards by mechanized production management.Due to the low level of mechanization of the orchard,the fruit yield is reduced and the fruit industry is restricted to developed.It is an inevitable trend to increase fruit production by increasing the input of mechanization of orchard.Mechanized weeding is an very important way to increase fruit production in many orchard mechanization operations.Most of the orchards in China are distributed in mountainous hilly areas.It is difficult to work for ordinary mowers in mountainous areas,which seriously hinders the development of mechanized weeding in mountain orchards.In order to improve this situation and promote the development of the mountain fruit industry,it is of great practical significance to develop a lawn mower that can adapt to the topography of mountain orchards.In order to solve the problem that the mountain orchard has complex terrain and the ordinary mower is difficult to work effectively,a mountain orchard profile mower is designed to adapt to the complex topography of the mountain orchard and improve the weeding efficiency.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:1).The overall structure of the mower was designed.According to the horticultural requirements of mountain orchard,the main parameters of the mower were formulated.The structure and working mode of the whole machine were determined according to the parameter indicators,and the whole machine was processed.2).Design and analysis of the cutter of the lawn mower.According to the design requirements of the cutter,the boring cutter that method is supports cutting is determined.The structural design and dynamics analysis of the single boring cutter were carried out.The cutter was analyzed with ANSYS/wb to determine the safe speed range.To ensure the width of the cutting,Using Adams to perform dynamic analysis of cutter,the optimum overlap distance of the knife is 2cm.Single factor and multi-factor test analysis was carried out on a single file cutter.Through the test analysis,the optimal combination of parameters of the cutter was selected: the rotating speed of the cutter was 1900r/min,the blade length was 72 mm,and the number of blades was 4.The single-factor test was carried out on the forward speed of the cutter and the cutter rotating speed.The forward speed of the mower was determined to be the second speed of the low speed.when the cutter rotating speed was 1800~2400r/min It can meet the requirements of lawn mower which speed is increasing.At the same time,the mowing effect was better and the design was satisfied.Combined with the modal analysis of the cutter,the vibration characteristics of the cutter were analyzed by vibration test,and the rotational speed was further optimized,and the range was 1800~2200r/min.3).The profile mechanism of mower was designed.According to the relevant literature and design requirements,the structural design and static analysis of the profilingmechanism were carried out.The simulation analysis of the profiling mechanism was carried out by Adams/view software,which verified the rationality of the design of the profiling mechanism and improved the reliability and effectiveness of the profiling device4)The transmission mechanism of the lawn mower was designed.Through the analysis of relevant literature and test data,the power of the mower,the total transmission ratio of the transmission and the transmission mode of the secondary transmission are determined.The connection method and tensioning device of the transmission component are designed through structural analysis.5)The development and experimental analysis of the mountain orchard profile mower were carried out.According to the design parameters,the prototype was processed and manufactured.The prototype was tested in the field according to the parameters of the test.The prototype was tested and analyzed with the indexes of height,cutting width and cutting stability.The test result was cut width is 1607.2mm,the cutting width utilization rate is 92.90%,the missing rate of cutting is 1.45%,the cutting height is90.52 mm,and the cutting stability coefficient is 90.92%.The mower has an good mowing effect and meets the horticultural requirements. |
