| Floral scent is one of the most important characteristics of plants.It is closely related to the secondary metabolism of plants,adaptation to the environment and signal transmission.Plant floral products can be used in medicine,chemical industry,flavors and fragrances,etc.Plants have important economic value for the functional utilization of key substances in floral products.Rosa rugosa and sibling species flowers,numerous plants,full flower type,rich aroma,high ornamental value,is an important landscaping material around the world.Rosa rugosa and sibling species flowers,widely distributed,complex genetic background,a large variety of quality flavor differences,carry-volatile features of the significance of the rose plant germplasm and its related major.In this paper,the important rose-like plants represented by Rosa rugosa "Feng Hua’were used as research objects.Changes in the main volatile components and contents of each material were determined using HS-SPME and GC-MS techniques,and the main aroma types of each material were determined and analyzed.And the key components,through the in-depth understanding of the key components of a variety of rose-like materials,in order to provide practical basis and theoretical basis for the selection of related species of floral plants,functional and practical applications of aromatic substances.The main findings are as follows:The main volatile components of four flowering stages of Rosa rugosa ’Feng Hua’ are alcohols,esters and aldehydes.Among them,citronellol,phenethyl alcohol,geraniol,geranyl acetate,citronellyl acetate,orange Flower aldehydes and other major aroma substances.The volatile components of Rosa rugosa "Feng Hua’ varied significantly with the flowering stage.The main aroma substances began to form gradually from the bud stage,and the flowering stage was the best aroma collection period.The contents of volatiles in petals,stamens,pistils and flower buds of Rosa rugosa ’Feng Hua’ are significantly different.Volatile components are mainly alcohols,terpenes,phenols and esters.The main aroma volatiles are concentrated in the petals and stamens.The main volatile components of Rose sertata·R.rugosa contained high levels of alcohols,aldehydes and other compounds.Citronellol,geraniol,benzyl alcohol,(E)-citral and other substances are the main volatile components of Rose sertata R.rugosa.The high volatilization of citronellol and other substances determine the type of aroma.The main volatile components of Rosa rugosa ’Zi Zhi’ contain a high content of alcohols and esters,and phenethyl alcohol,citronellol,and leaf alcohol are the main volatile components of Rosa rugosa ’Zi Zhi’.Components such as phenylethyl alcohol determine its aroma type.Among the three germ plasms of Rosa rugosa,common components such as phenylethyl alcohol,citronellol,geraniol,benzyl alcohol,a-alkenyl chloride,and citronella acetate may dominate the rose flavor.The differences in the contents of various components in different varieties of roses are significant.The main volatile components of R.damascena are alcohols and terpenes.The components of phenethyl alcohol,citronellol,geraniol,and terpenes are the main volatile components of R.damascene.The main volatile components of R.centifolia contained high levels of alcohols and aldehydes.Phenyl alcohol,citronellol,n-hexanol,benzyl alcohol,geraniol and other substances were the main volatile components of R.centifolia.The main volatile components of R.adavurica Pall contain high levels of terpenes,alcohols,and aldehydes.Phenylethanol,benzyl alcohol,pinene,β-pinene,1-caryophyllene and other components are the main volatile components of R adavurica Pall.The three germ plasms of Rosa multiflora Thunb shares the same volatile components as Rosa rugosa’Feng Hua’ with high content of phenethyl alcohol,citronellol,benzyl alcohol and other components.The content of phenethyl alcohol that dominates Rosa multiflora Thunb is highest in Rosa rugosa ’Feng Hua’.The content of citronellol is highest in R.damascena.The contents of the main volatile compounds of ’Pink Fan’,such as alcohols and terpenes,are high.Phenyl alcohol and citronellol are the main volatile components of ’Pink Fan’.’Double Delight’ has a high content of compounds such as alcohols and esters in the main volatile components.Phenylethanol,n-hexanol,phytol,hexyl-4-enyl acetate,and hexyl acetate are the main volatile components of ’Double Delight’.The main volatile components of ’China Red’ contain high levels of alcohols,ethers and terpenes.Citronellol,phenethyl alcohol,n-hexanol,benzyl alcohol,benzmethyl ether,and macrogenin were the main volatile components of’China Red’.The three germ plasms of Rosa chinensis and Rosa rugosa ’Feng Hua’ share common volatile components such as phenylethyl alcohol,n-hexanol and hexyl acetate.The phenethyl alcohol that dominates the Rosa rugosa and Sibling Species Flowers is the highest in ’Double Delight’,much higher than Rosa rugosa ’Feng Hua’.In conclusion drawn:The Rosa rugosa and sibling species flowers analyzed in the experiment showed different volatile components and volatilization contents according to species and time and space,and the key components of the dominant plant fragrances differed significantly between germplasms.In this study,the main volatile components of each germ plasm were phenylethanol,citronellol,geraniol,eugenol and its derivatives,citronellyl acetate,geranyl acetate,and some terpenes.The main aromatic volatile components of germ plasms of Rosa rugosa and R.damascena and R.centifolia have more components and similar aroma.The main aromatic volatile components of germ plasms of Rosa rugosa and germ plasms of Rosa chinensis are more obvious.Different kinds of Rosa rugosa and sibling species flowers can be used to develop innovative products. |
