We explored the different treatment of LED lights and water regulation on the production of facility tomato cultivation from February to September 2018,the experiment was conducted on the effects of light environment and water regulation on the growth of cherry tomatoes.The main test results are as follows:1.In the experiment of different light quality ratios,LED light with different red and blue ratios was used as basic light source for tomato plants the whole growth period.The results showed that the growth of tomato plants premented the most strong growth vigor under the combination of red and blue 1:1 light.After 28 days of treatment,the stem diameter and leaf area increased by 9.2% and 46.2%,respectively.However,the plant height decreased by 5.6% compared with the control.And the total chlorophyll content of the leaves increased by 25.6% compared with the control.The net photosynthetic rate was the highest in all treatments,it increased by 94.7% compared with the control.The initial flowering period and the initial fruiting period were advanced,the fruit quality was the best.In addition,it was found that fruiting seetting was not completed successfully under the red(R)and blue(B)treatments,indicating that combined light was more suitable for plant growth than monochromatic light.2.Cultivating strong seedling is the key to realize high production of vegetables.In this experiment,the growth of tomato seedlings under different light intensity and irrigation were investigated by using red and blue light as the basic light source.The results showed that diurnal temperature(day/night)was(18 ± 2)?/(26 ± 2)?,nutrient solution was was poured 150 m L per plants every four days(cumulative irrigation ammount was 1.5 l.plants –1),the light intensity was 300?mol·m-2·s-1,the tomato seedlings were haleness.The plant height,stem diameter and leaf area increased by 13.8%,11.5% and 54.7%,respectively,the photosynthesis ability of the leaves was significantly higher than the control.Net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration were compared with control increased by 28.8%,117.1%,91.7% and 42.1%.The dry matter accumulation of the plants was also significantly higher than the control,which was increased by 39.3%,and the healthy index increased by 43.3% compared with the control.The test results show that LED light quality,light intensity and water regulation affect the growth and development of cherry tomato.After considering the experimental conditions,using R:B=1:1 light as the basic light source,tomato plants with 300 ?mol·m-2·s-1 light density,nutrient solution was poured 150 m L per plants every four days(L2W1)presented the most strong growth vigor.
