| Relatively backward manpower harvest of scallion has always been the speed-limit belt for the development of scallion industry in China.In China,manpower harvest is still the main way of scallion harvest,which is time-consuming,laborious and inefficient.The scallion harvest machine has gradually become an important harvest method instead of manual work.The scallion harvest machine can be divided into two types: simple excavating machine and combined harvest machine.Simple excavating machine is widely used,its structure is simple,but it does not work automatically.After the digging shovel loosens the soil of scallion roots,it needs manual cooperation to complete the later work.Because of the poor adaptability of harvest machines,some of them still need greater force to pull out.Because they do not fully harvest,this kind of scallion harvest machine has the shortcomings of high labor intensity,high cost and low harvest efficiency.At present,the research progress of scallion harvest machinery is slow,and aiming at the scallion harvest.Less research has been done on the damage caused by excavation,transportation and collection.At present,the scallion harvest equipment is far from meeting the harvest target,which hinders the scallion harvest.The development of scallion industry is slow.Developing scallion combined harvest machines which achieve non-destructive harvest is an important strategy to promote the development of the scallion industry.In this paper,based on the investigation in the early stage and related experiments results,a non-destructive Chinese onion harvesting machine is designed.Firstly,by carried out relevant mechanical properties experiments of Chinese onion,mechanical properties of Chinese onion are obtained.The mechanical properties of Chinese onion will be the design criterion of this machine.Then,the overall scheme of Chinese onion harvester is determined,and the main technical parameters are given.Next,the design and power calculation of the key components of the Chinese onion harvester are carried out,including: frame,excavation mechanism,dithering soil removal device,impurity removal device,clamping conveying device,transverse conveying system and collecting device.Finally,the key components of excavating mechanism and dithering soil removal device are simulated and optimized by using the computer simulation software ANSYS.The design method presented in this paper is based on the non-destructive performance of Chinese onion.By using this method,Chinese onion damage can effective prevented in the process of harvesting.This method also has certain reference value for the design of relevant harvesting machine. |
