With the rapid development of social economy,the repair and treatment of slopes has gradually become an inevitable problem in China’s construction and development.Based on the distribution and growth status of native vegetation,the selection of suitable local arborvitae seeds for slope mixing and rapid formation of near-natural communities will reduce the cost of secondary green re-greening and subsequent maintenance,and will be beneficial to improve Biodiversity and maintaining community stability.In this paper,through the investigation of growing plants in Guangdong native slope,screening the native plants suitable for slope growth,designing indoor seed germination test and the application practice of plants on outdoor slopes,the selection and mixing techniques of near-natural green plants in soil slopes were studied.This paper studies the near-natural slope plant survey in Guangdong,the selection of suitable plant species for slope growth,indoor seed germination test and field application to study the selection and blending techniques of near-natural green plants in soil slopes.Research indicates:(1)Twenty-two species of plants suitable for slope greening were screened out.Using the sample method,the plant growth status,frequency,ecological habits and locality of six near-natural slopes in Guangdong were investigated.A total of 66 species of slope vegetation were investigated,belonging to 46 families and 64 genera,including 52 species of native plants,23 species of trees,25 species of shrubs and 20 species of herbaceous plants.According to the 61 plants studied by the previous research group,six kinds of herbs such as Oxalis corniculata and Dichondra micrantha,six kinds of shrubs such as Tephrosia candida and Crotalaria pallkla,and 10 kinds of trees such as Liquidambar formosana,Schima superba and Leucaena leucocephala were selected.Sloping green plants.At the same time,it was found that the native plants had better performance on the slope protection.Most of the stable natural slopes were dominated by the combination of arbor and shrub,with greater coverage,better community stability and higher biodiversity.(2)Study on the germination rate and germination rate of 22 plant seeds.The indoor germination test was carried out on the selected 22 plant seeds,the germination was observed for 10 days,and the growth was observed for 14 days.The herb germination rateis 100%;the shrub germination rate is 50%,which are T.candida,C.pallkla and Indigofera pseudotinctoria;the germination rate of trees is 10%,and only L.leucocephala germination.Among the herbaceous plants,the germination rate of O.corniculata,D.micrantha and Setaria viridis is more than 90%,and the germination rate of O.corniculata is as high as97.66%.In woody plants,the highest germination rate is T.candida,which is 40%.L.leucocephala ranks second,at 30%.After germination,the growth rate of herbaceous seedlings from fast to slow is: S.viridis> Poa annua> O.corniculata> D.micrantha>Byttneria aspera> Taraxacum mongolicum;the growth rate of woody plant seedlings is sorted from fast to slow They are: L.leucocephala> T.candida> I.pseudotinctoria> C.pallkla.Herbs with high germination rate and rapid growth after germination are O.corniculata and S.viridis,and woody plants are L.leucocephala and T.candida.(3)Get the best seed mixing and greening mode.Field experiment was carried out on22 plant seeds,and 15 plots were established.Five treatment methods: woody mixed planting,woody herb mixed planting,woody mixed dressing,woody herb mixed dressing,blank control,each method 3 Repeat.The plant emergence,plant height,crown width(cross crown and vertical crown),ground diameter and sample coverage were observed and recorded.The herbicide emergence rate is 50%,which are O.corniculata,D.micrantha and foxtail S.viridis.Among them,O.corniculata and D.micrantha have high seedling rate and good growth rate;the shrub emergence rate is 40%,respectively.T.candida and C.pallkla,in which the emergence rate is high and the growth is good is T.candida,C.pallkla has a low emergence rate and withered after emergence;the seed emergence rate is only10%,which is L.leucocephala,which grows well after emergence.The indoor germinated seeds do not necessarily germinate in the field test,but the germinated seed room in the field test has germination.Among the four mixed sowing modes,the best to the worst sorting of the greening effect of the slope are: herb wood mixed dressing > herb wood mixed broadcast > wood mixed dressing > wood mixed.The number of woody seedlings mixed with wood was the highest,and the number of seedlings mixed with herb wood and wood was the second,but the growth after emergence was the best,and the coverage of the sample was the highest,which was the best for the greening of the slope.(4)Combining field investigation,indoor germination test and field experiment,the seeds of O.corniculata,D.micrantha,S.viridis,T.candida and L.leucocephala were obtained after mixing and the seedling rate was high and the growth was good.In the latergreen slope rejuvenation,they can be used as the main component of the mixed sowing,and the seeds of the shrubs and grasses are matched and processed by the fertilizer to make the slopes green and efficient.
