There are many mountainous and hilly areas in China,which contain abundant forest and fruit resources and mineral resources,and have great economic development value.The mountainous and hilly terrain is complex,which requires higher passability and anti-overturning of working machinery,and ordinary wheeled machinery is difficult to adapt to.At present,there is a lack of machinery suitable for complex terrain operation in mountainous and hilly areas in China,so it is of great significance to develop a high-throughput and anti-rollover chassis.After analyzing the structure and working principle of the chassis in Hilly and mountainous areas at home and abroad,combined with the advantages of wheeled chassis and caterpillar chassis,a four-track chassis with automatic leveling function is designed in this study.The chassis reduces the risk of overturning while working on longitudinal and cross slopes,and has strong adhesion and passability.The main contents of the study are as follows:(1)Design of agricultural four-track chassis and leveling mechanism in Hilly and mountainous areas.Through reading the literature,the current situation and development trend of the leveling device of the chassis machine in Hilly and mountainous areas at home and abroad are analyzed.According to the development demand of Hilly and mountainous agriculture in our country,a four-track walking chassis is designed.The chassis adopts hydraulic drive system to reduce the risk of the chassis overturning in cross and vertical slope operation by means of the leveling system.The research focuses on the design of crawler wheel,leveling mechanism and steering mechanism,as well as the design and selection of hydraulic system and power system.(2)Finite element analysis and kinematic simulation of the key components of the crawler chassis in Hilly and mountainous areas are carried out.UG advanced simulation module is used to carry out finite element analysis of the rack and crawler wheel hanging plate.The simulation results show that the deformation of the main stress components is small,and the maximum load is far less than the yield strength,which meets the design requirements.The kinematics simulation of double-layer leveling structure is carried out by ADAMS,and the force law of adjusting cylinder is obtained.(3)Design of automatic leveling system based on electro-hydraulic proportionaltechnology.According to the leveling requirements,the leveling strategy is determined,and the software control system is designed with the single chip computer as the control core.The system is mainly composed of information detection module,central processing module and leveling execution module.The research adopts electro-hydraulic proportional technology to design the hardware and hydraulic system of the electrical control system,and to realize the rapid leveling of the chassis.(4)Trial manufacture and experiment of prototype.According to the results of simulation and optimization design,the final structure scheme is determined,the prototype is processed,and the performance test is carried out.The test results show that the vertical working slope of the chassis is more than 22 degrees,and the lateral working slope is more than 15 degrees.The chassis has good trafficability and anti-overturning performance in general hilly and mountainous agricultural terrain.
