Dendrobium candidum officinalis has high requirements for growth environment,low germination rate of seeds in field environment,low survival rate of seedlings and slow growth rate.Artificial planting is the main trend of sustainable development of Dendrobium officinalis industry at present,but the cultivation mode of ordinary growers is still immature,resulting in great differences in the quality of products.Therefore,it is great significance to explore the optimal planting conditions of Dendrobium officinale and obtain data of environmental impact factors for standardized production.The establishment of Dendrobium candidum quality traceability system can ensure the standardization of production and planting and achieve product traceability.As managers of quality traceability systems need to build reference data for environmental factors.Temperature,humidity,light and culture medium were determined as the influencing factors in the growth process of Dendrobium candidum in this study by the thesis research.The results showed that the most suitable humidity for the growth of Dendrobium candidum was 60% to 90%.At the same time,the humidity would affect the self-healing ability of Dendrobium candidum,and the humidity would decrease,and the components of Dendrobium candidum that played the role of tissue self-healing would decrease.The growth of Dendrobium candidum was most favourable when the light intensity was above 7500 lx.The optimum temperature range for the growth of Dendrobium officinale is 18-25 ?,the difference between day and night is 10-15 ?,and the annual effective accumulated temperature must be above 2000?.The proportion of straw powder,pine bark and particles is about 7:2:1,which is most beneficial to the growth of Dendrobium candidum.The detection of environmental factor data and image acquisition in the quality traceability system mainly depend on the Internet of Things technology.Sensor technology,Raspberry Pi(raspberry pie),Arduino platform,DTU card,MySQL database and Android system have been widely used in the information collection and upload function ofthe Agricultural Internet of Things.The quality traceability system of Dendrobium candidum based on Aduino and Android platform consists of three parts: information collection,information input and transmission and background management system.The collection of environmental factor information mainly depends on sensor technology.The input and transmission of information adopt the method of combining manual upload of basic product information with automatic upload of environmental factor information.The background management system of information transmission refers to the information uploaded by each component that has certain authority to manage.As the manager of the background management system,he has the authority to manage all users' information,and at the same time he has the authority to manage the information resources of each sub-module of the quality traceability system.Managers can get the threshold of each environmental factor and the best proportion of cultivation media through professional experimental research and analysis.These data can be stored in the database for reference by producers,and can also provide a basis for consumers to judge the qualifications of producers.Consumers query Dendrobium candidum production and sales information and real-time information of planting process through quality traceability system.
