In recent years, Dendrobium officinale industry has developed rapidly, it’s products are highly favored by consumers, but there are also quality and safety issues, which hampered the healthy development of the industry. In order to promote the industrial development of D.officinale, we take quality and safety traceability system to guarantee the quality and safety of D.officinale. The article based on standardized quality and safety production model, the HACCP(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) management system, GAP(Good Agricultural Practice) cultivation procedures combined with the technology of agricultural products traceability system to form a set of complete quality security system.According to the results of this study show that, sheep faeces, and lees three organic fertilizer, effect of sheep manure and excrements have conducive to the accumulation of polysaccharides content of D.officinale, but on the content of polysaccharide in leaves no significant effect.Application of fermented manure compared with the blank control group of D.officinale polysaccharide increased 40.66%, indicating that the sheep and silkworm excrement is conducive to improve the polysaccharides content of D.officinale. The impact the performance of the polysaccharides content of D.officinale under different matrixes treatment: II matrix polysaccharide content was the highest, matrix expression IV times, III and matrix matrix I poor. When using the matrix II, in favor of D.officinale rapid absorption of organic matter, effective photosynthesis, increase dry matter accumulation.The use of the HACCP system for D.officinale garden site facilities selection, seed selection, field management, fresh stalk harvesting, processing, testing, divide class packaging, storage, transport and others existing and potential risk factors for analyzing, judging, in order to determine the critical control points, which must be monitored for guaranteeing the quality and safety, carry out agricultural cultivation practices(GAP) in the plant management, combine with information technology, database technology, network technology and international standard coding techniques and other information technologies to build and develop the quality and safety traceability system of D.officinale.The quality and safety traceability system of D.officinale is based on JAVA development platform,use B/S three-tier system of SSH, supplemented by SQL Server 2008 database as a background. By using JAVA programming, dynamic tracing website building can implement, consumers scan two-dimensional code on the products labels to achieve the whole process of traceability information from farm to table of D.officinale.
